A.R. Cleaning and Organizing Services

Initially paid $100 deposit on April 15th. She came to work on April 22nd and organized the kitchen. I paid her $150 at that time. She was supposed to come back a few days later but I didn't hear from her from over a week. She told me she got it to an accident and lost her phone. She came back on the 29th and started cleaning the kitchen after finishing the organization and she got about a third of the way done I'd say maybe. She then told me she was kicked out of her mother's home and needed $200 to reserve her extended stay room so I paid her $200 in advance. The next day I believe it was she informed me that her cousin had committed suicide in Arizona and she was leaving for Arizona for a week. I have not heard from her since I paid her $450 and got about a quarter of the work done.

I highly recommend Ashley!! She's amazing for deep cleaning and organizing. She's worked on my place several times, and I liked her so much that my daughter has had her go to her place to deep clean!! I found her a few months ago on another website and took the chance. So glad I did!! She's easy to work with and talk to. She's cleaned places I honestly don't even think of. I have a crawlspace off of a bathroom and it houses the ac unit and the main vent that goes into the living room. I never think to open the door since I don't have anything in there. I was talking to her from another room and next thing I know, she's on her hands and knees in there, cleaning it. Amazing!! We've gotten to know each other a bit in the last few months, and I found out that she has experience cleaning crime scenes!! She really enjoys deep cleaning, decluttering, and working with those who need some extra TLC - hoarders, people who struggle with depression, etc. She loves the "before and after," and knowing she's really making a difference in people's lives that need it most. Apparently, with her specialized experience, there's not much that bothers her. (Except snakes. lol) So if you or someone you know is wanting serious help, but is too worried, embarrassed, or scared to contact a stranger, she is very kind and understanding, and loves the challenge. I think that's something that definitely sets her apart from most you could call. Another thing that I found out is that after working on my apartment the first time, she went home and spent time sketching and planning her ideas to organize a few spots where it was desperately needed. Above and beyond!! I also had a box of empty water jugs that I thought maybe someone could use instead of just trashing them, and I didn't know until later that she made phone calls and found an organization that would be thrilled to have them. The little extra special things she does definitely make her stand out from anyone else!! If you have any large projects that you're just overwhelmed with for whatever reason, just know that Ashley will be kind, understanding, and happy to help with. (I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and my "organizer" in my brain doesn't work, but I'm so glad I took the chance and called!!) Did I mention that her prices are reasonable, too?? If she sounds too good to be true, she absolutely is, and I suggest you reach out and discuss whatever you need help with. Just FYI - I plan to have her help a couple of times a month as long as I can. I'm Disabled, and spent far too much time and energy feeling guilty for not being able to keep up any longer. I physically can't do it at this point. It's such a relief to know that I can rely on her to take this stress away from me. I think everyone can benefit from one less thing on their list!!

I had 2 rooms in my house that were totally out of control. One was my arts and crafts room. It got to the point where I couldnâ t find things I needed to complete projects or sometimes even start a project. Ashley got all my supplies organized & set up to make the room very efficient, including the placement of furniture, shelves, storage, etc. It made a HUGE difference!!!! Thanks to Ashley I enjoy time spent in my craft room again & am currently making some things for Christmas!!! The other room was a guest bedroom that had basically become a â storage room.â Iâ m an avid garage saler & tend to see the potential in thingsâ ¦like, â oh, that would be so cute if it was paintedâ â ¦or â I could make a such and such with thatâ , etc. So the room got full of abandoned projects & other â stuff.â Ashley went thru the room helping me make decisions on what to keep (realistically), rid me of the rejects, & organized & cleaned the room so that while it still contains some items that are in queue to be â fixed,â it is a functioning & welcoming room again! Ashley did a fantastic job!!!! She is so nice & patient & a hard worker. I am very pleased with her & the results! I highly recommend her!!!!

I hired Ashley to organize and declutter a tenant that had gotten sick, and could not keep up with it herself. She was very professional and on time, which is hard to come by these days. She listened to our needs and worked with us to effectively get the job done. I highly recommend Ashley. She not only does a fantastic job, she helps improve the quality of peoples lives. I will be calling her in the future if I ever need this type of work done again!

Yes! Very efficient and detail oriented. She is on time and very pleasant to have in our home. Ashley did a deep clean for us and we were so pleased that we continued to have her services on a regular basis. I would highly recommend her!
