Poorly. The grouting is uneven or absent in a number of places, there is grout all over the bottom of the pool, which clogs the pool cleaning equipment, and the paint is peeling leprously. I would not complain if Mr. Smith had fixed the problem, as he promised to do when I sent him pictures of the condition of the pool shortly after the work was completed (same photos included here). However, he never recontacted me. I emailed him at the address on his work order several times. When there was no reply after several weeks, I wrote a slightly incensed email. I got a very angry reply from Mr. Smith, who informed me I shouldn't use email because he never checked it (!), and that his integrity was not to be questioned. I recontacted him by phone, and he agreed to get back in touch with me shortly to schedule a complete overhaul of the previous work. He never did. I have left numerous phone messages over the last two months; none have been returned.
