Noticed that the AC was not coming on due to water condensate accumulation in the drip pan with subsequent activation of the water level safety shutoff. I cleared the immediate problem and then called Apex-Aire. They scheduled a visit and came as promised. Fast, efficient and pleasant to work with. Answered all questions satisfactorily and on the spot. I decided to have the drip pan replaced and arranged for them to make a return trip to do that. I plan on having them do routine maintenance on regular basis.

They were on time and are up front with you. They are quick and do a good job; they do what they say they are going to do. Their prices are competitive and I will use them again in the future.
