They were very responsive and willing to work with us on the schedule. However, the cleaning left much to be desired. We decided to spend this extra money because we wanted to be able to unload our moving truck and immediately begin putting things away. Unfortunately, we still spent time wiping out drawers and cabinets, wiping down the appliances, dusting, etc.
