This company installed a patio for me. They completed the work on time and schedule, but it continually leaked. I stayed in constant contact with them to try to have the issue resolved. There has been damage to my patio furniture from dripping caulk from band-aid-ing attempts by them. I now have mold growing under the patio from the continued flooding and rainwater leakage. They continued to assure me that they would correct the issue, but had excuse after excuse of why each try was unsuccessful --when they even bothered to show up to the appointments that I made for them to try again. After fighting with them for an ENTIRE YEAR, they have now decided that they will not correct the issue at all or even try anymore, or remove the subpar installation, as now the year is up on the contract for their supposed guarantee. I would not recommend them to ANYONE, "family owned and operated" for however many years. Completely unprofessional in their work, their contact with me, and their failure to stand by their warranty.
