ALLCRAFT ROOFING

Brian has done roofs at three different houses I have owned in the last 25 years. His work is always top quality and reasonably priced. I would recommend Allcraft to anyone who needs a good job at a reasonable price.

Brian's crew did a turn key job removing and replacing shingles. Job also required torch seal flat roof along with 62 square of Atlas Pinnacle lifetime shingles. New valleys, edging, roof jacks, ridge vents etc. The crew showed up at 0700 and job was done at 1900. Job site was cleaned up and everything hauled off. One guys' job was to police the job site and use a magnet throughout the day to find nails. Crew was respectful and hard working. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and have been working together as a team for quite awhile. Nalo(sp.?) was the crew leader...professional, attentive, responsive and friendly. Brian and Nalo have worked together for 11 years.

Brian was honest and fair when pricing the additional work. The crew was friendly and efficient. Allcraft left our yard free of trash and materials. If I need a roofer in the future, I will be calling Brian and Allcraft.

Brian LeCoq of Allcraft Roofing recently installed a new roof on my house. His crew was excellent and set to work at 6:30am and didn't stop until they were finished at 3pm. I was very pleased because this was the second time he came to my rescue. It is very difficult to find someone professional and reliable especially right now with all the damage from the floods. He is local and has been in business over 33 years. He is also a member of the Baton Rouge Better Business Bureau so he takes his business very seriously.

I had a leak and he came out and noticed the damage I had from a hail storm. He is excellent. He is hands on with his work. Easy to talk with. I would have back again and recommend him.

Workers showed up at appointed time. Worked from 7:00 am until sundown the first day in an efficient and professional manner. Worked the 2nd day and finished installing 46 squares of shingles at approximately 4:30 pm. He came out first to make sure our roof wouldn't leak, because he wouldn't be able to actually do the work for a week. When he came out again, he was able to get everything fixed perfectly for us. I'm so glad we called!

We are not 100% sure we would use them again, but maybe.  Overall, pretty good but we saw better roofing jobs in the area. We found a lot of nails left over in the yard and gutters, after the job was completed.  They did not come back and inspect the roof after the 1st rain.

The roofing contractor was hard to get a hold of and rarely answered phone calls. The company did not notify us when he was going to start working on the roof- he just showed up one day with all of his men! Also, he arrived with the wrong color roof and convinced us that the one he had chosen was better even though we had spent time picking out the one we wanted. After the men started work they turned our house into a dump. They left out cans and drink bottles and even a microwave! Not to mention the tons of nails we are still finding buried in our yard. When they stripped off the old roof they had brought nothing to protect it with in case of weather. So, when it rained (like it always does in Louisiana) our roof was completely stripped and unprotected. Water was coming out of most of our light fixtures and air vents. It came through our ceilings and completely ruined things we had stored in our attic. We immediately called the contractor and told him the rain. He acted like it was no big deal and didn't even come to see the damage until the next day! He refused to contact his insurance adjuster and we are having to have our insurance sue him for damages. We have still not seen him or any money. Never hire this man or let his workers on your roof!

Not very well. While installing the roof I went out to look at how they were doing and one whole side of my house the roof was being installed crooked, and I had to ask him to fix what they were doing. He gave me the run around and did not want to change what his men had done. He wanted to bargain with me and take off some money and leave me with a goofy looking crooked roof and I wanted no part of it. I had to argue with this guy for over 30 to 45 minutes to finally get him to take the roof back off and put it back on straight. After he finished, I didn't particularly care for the way they had put the roof on and I had to get him to do some trim work on the edges where the roof was hanging over and was cut crooked. Later, after the first rain, the roof leaked. It took an arm and leg to get him back out here to fix it. It took him about a month to come back and try and fix the leak, and it leaked again. Also he did not change two valleys. BEWARE!! DO NOT CALL ALLCRAFT ROOFING!!!
