The person that actually did the painting and repair was excellent. However the contractor, Bill Simmons, was very rude and disrespectful when I asked him not paint in the rain. He seemed to have no regard that I was the paying customer. He made several accusations and was very loud in his response. Also the power wash that they did before the paint job killed all my patio plants. The boy made no attempt to move or cover them. Simmons did compensate for that.
