The Inspector, Peter Forrestall, was very through and he went over with me his findings on the same day. Then he submitted a detailed written report the very next day as promised.  I had some additional questions and he responded to my questions in a timely manner.  I was very pleased with the services rendered.

Just like in our contract, a year after inspecting and exterminating termites in the foreclosed house I purchased, he called to let me know he was coming to do his yearly inspection. It was done promptly without issue. I was pleased with his persistence in exterminating the termite problem last year. All of my interactions with Jeff and staff have been friendly and professional.

Mr. Kevin Dinkel was very professional. Initially, he promptly returned my call and answered all of my questions going into the inspection of the home we are purchasing. As I was unable to be at the inspection, I advised Mr. Dinkel that I was going to have a family member attend in my place, Mr. Dinkel was understanding and agreed to share any information and/or concerns with this person as if I was personally there. After the inspection my family member confirmed this was in fact how Mr. Dinkel handled himself during the inspection. I received the final report within 12 hours of the completed inspection. Mr. Dinkel's report noted an electrical issue that I wanted a more detailed explanation of what he found and the steps required to correct the issue. I contacted Mr. Dinkel and he listened to my questions and concerns and addressed each one to my complete satisfaction. I had a complete understanding of what corrective measures were needed which allowed me to make those points to the Sellers, who agreed to have a licensed electrician make the corrections.
It is obvious to me how Advantage maintains the high marks on Angie's List. They are a class act.

Very professional, honest, prompt, and thorough! Easily scheduled appointment. Mr. Kevin arrived early to complete the inspection of the outside of the house. VERY THROROUGH! Mr. Kevin answered all of our questions and reviewed his findings with us. We received our Inspection Report the same day!

This company provides great services for a home buyer. The inspections are the most detailed I have experienced, and the pest control has been great.

To begin with, when I called the office, they were very polite, friendly, and helpful. They returned my call promptly and were able to set up an appointment and give me a quote. Kevin performed the home inspection, which lasted at least two hours. He showed up on time, and inspected everything. He climbed in the attic, on the roof, and under the house. He was very helpful and patient, answering all of my questions while I followed him around. His partner Jeff did the termite inspection at the same time, and found a few areas where termites and beetles had gotten into the house. He crawled under there with me (at my request) to show me exactly where they were. We got our detailed report just two days later, which included a lot of pictures and descriptions. I really liked them, and they even agreed to wait a couple days to charge our credit card for the inspection. I would definitely recommend them! Great company!

I had hard time getting ahold of the inspector, leaving messages but never getting a return call. I finally did set up the appointment and Kevin Dinkel was very personable and reasonably thorough. The problem was that the company is not very organized and I was charged on my credit card for the service 6 months after the service had occurred. When I called the company, I was told they didn't inform me of their delinquency in charging my card because they didn't have a working telephone number for me (someone had transposed the numbers to my actual home number) and they didn't have a zip code for my address. I was disappointed in them and stated that they could have informed me if they so chose and that the US postal service has a website to find missing zip codes. This colored the whole episode in my mind and I will not be patronizing them again. If you do decide to go with this company, I would suggest paying in cash and getting a receipt and NOT using a check or credit card.
