+ -1 morePrices for the replacement ice maker ranged from $175 to $85 at several vendors. Action had the $85 price and their personnel were very helpful in making sure that it was exactly what I needed and that I understood how to make the switch of the new for the old. It was a simple process and I finished in about 30 minutes, probably saving me about $100.
Description of Work: The ice maker in my Whirlpool refrigerator had been producing little ice for several weeks. I called to arrange a service call and found that it would likely exceed $100 plus parts, so I called around for the cost of a new replacement ice maker.
