They are okay and we will continue to use them.

They've done an excellent job for us. They really worked with me in getting a good quality hearing aid. Whenever there's a problem they are very prompt about repairs and even give you one to wear while you waiting to get yours fixed. They are very professional. They are a little pricier than some other places, but they compensate for that with their customer service.
