The whole process went very well. He was at the house before time, had done external inspection, roof, foundation, windows, sliding etc. When the realtor and I came, he went inside the house and looked at each receptacle, each bathroom faucet, A/C, heater, windows, doors, etc. He looked in the attic for any faults that could be identified visually. He made some recommendations after that.

Eric spent about 3 hours at the house and gave me lots of verbal feedback throughout the process as well as a detailed written report. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.
