very slow. final look is good however the process was painful. the job was started in February and supposed to be completed in 6 weeks. job was not completed until end of April. workers would show up and work for about an hour or two and then nothing was done until the next day. sometimes it would be a day or two before any work done. kitchen was not used during this time. we did not replace the floor or cabinets so the work was only a facelift. cabinets had to be stripped and painted a second time because they were not prepped and primed properly causing the color to be a yellow-green runny mess. I selected this company because we work and I wanted a one-stop shop who would design, contract and oversee the job. we still had to take off work and check on progress (or lack of). materials used in this job totaled to 8000.00 and the rest was charges for labor.
I should not have to pay $200 for the very rough price estimate I was looking for. I will take my business elsewhere to someone who has better customer relations.
"The showroom was closed that day (March 03, 2014) for Mardi Gras holiday. There were 2 designers working that day on their off day to catch up on paper work. The closed sign was up and the door happen to be open. They did not realize someone was in the showroom, when someone saw them, they were explained to we were closed but if they wanted to look around they could. We did have a problem with the new showroom, not hearing or seeing the front door. We have resolved this by locking the front door and asking clients ringing the door bell to enter the showroom. This way we know right away when someone enters the showroom area. We are truly sorry for the misunderstanding."
