Called the day before to get an approximate quote on key duplication for a transponder key. Showed up the next day at the lunch hour, the locksmith immediately took care of duplicating the key and took time to explain twice (so I would remember) the programming process.
Made sure the key worked and was programmed before I left.
Quality service, prompt, and accurate quotes over the phone. I will be back for additional lock and key services.

They are really good. They are excellent.

Prompt service but price did not match quote on phone. Quoted trip charge of $50 then charged $60 for the trip and $20 for parts. If I didn't pay cash, company would charge me more. Did get a 1 year warranty.

They did a wonderful job. One of the technicians had a certification that only three locksmiths in Baton Rouge have. He was able to contact the safe company and open the safe because of this certification. They are very specialised and I was very impressed. He was a very quiet man, very nice.
