It was a great experience , very professional, showed up timely. They showed up in the cold, rain and miserable conditions with great attitudes every day.

If they were not going to show up , EL always called to let us know when they would back at the home.

Great job and will use them again in the future for other jobs/repairs.

They came when they said they were going to come. They did all the work really good. The owner kept involved in every step of the project to oversee it. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. I am more than happy with the final result. When we told him about the project, I thought he had a good understanding of what we were trying to accomplish and made some suggestions that helped to make the sale. We weer happy with his suggestions and added them into our project.

Mr. E.L. Smith did a great job of coordinating everything. He performed over and above the call of duty by coming out in the middle of a thunderstorm to ensure that no water got into the construction. His employees were very professional. We are very pleased overall with the sunroom.

I was disappointed. There were a few important things that the quote did not include (such as the painting of the finished room). I felt that we were a bit nickel and dimed on the price. Just make sure that everything that you want done is in writing at the time of the estimate.
