It went very well. They explained the units so we were able to choose what best served out needs. They took the time with me to explain everything. It went very smoothy. Within 3 days 2 complete AC/heating unit were replaced. Old furnace and AC were hauled off. Everything left clean. New units are wonderful.

I left a message on June 30 (Saturday) with the answering service that the unit had stopped running. I called AAA on July 3 (Monday morning) and Mr. Martin (owner) was in my house fixing it by 10:00. He was finished about 45 minutes later. He was thorough, fixed the problem and was going to check to see if the part was under warranty.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have used them since 1980 and they have never let us down. The employees and the owner are exemplary: knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and hard working. It is a pleasure to use a business that is so professional and honest. I highly recommend them to anyone needing or servicing a system.

They always go above, and beyond. They will tell you the truth on rather you need something new or rather you don't need it. They are so good. They do the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend them.
