Michael Maggio was hired to remove and replace approximately 50 feet of damaged fence after Hurricane IDA. On 3/19/2022, Michael came to the address, assessed the job and quoted 1400 for labor and materials. Upon completion, he said that materials were more expensive than he anticipated and that he need $700 more for the extra materials. At the time that he was paid (about 4/1, job "completed" on 3/31), several issues were addressed with Mr. Maggio including fence height that was not consistent, gaps between the ground and the fence, fence boards not nailed to their post properly (some with only one or two nails total), and the fact that he had nailed one of the fence posts to a tree. Mr Maggio assured myself that he would come out the next day to address the issues, but has neither returned to the job site nor called since April 1.
