I spent more than I had planned even though I returned the smoke detector. I think the alarms are very good and easy to handle. I'm happy with them."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

So I am not sure if they are licensed and certified. They said they could take care of any problem that they found at this appointment. When cleaning out the fireplace, they did not even have a bucket to put the ashes in. We needed a new cleanout door, but they did not have any. They did not even clean out the ash from this area. They could not show us any photos or videos of the before or after cleaning"
