"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"Fixed scanning and suggested I purchase new computer. I had loaded Windows 10 and my computer not as compatible as it should be. Because I was soon going back to Michigan and knew computer people personally I decided to wait. Solution for Quicken was I need updated version. I was grateful for quick service and felt he did a good job overall as he came onsite and got me up and running very quickly. I had another little glitch and called him and he was able to walk me through it over the phone. I am senior citizen and not the brightest when it comes to computers."
