"Put a new roof in a house July of 2023 with warranty. I was in process of purchasing home with new roof-owner stated it had a warranty and said the people were very trustworthy. She stated they were recommended by a construction company she knew! They were told to remove 2 old roofs and replace with new one. Once we were processing the owner said she noticed a few places still leaking but not to worry they would fix! Well they came by -have never show d back up to fix and when I had another roofer to go up there he found 5 areas the old roof was not removed and was causing issues!!! DO NOT Trust them!!! I have pictures and proof! They still have not returned my calls!!!"

"We have an old 1930's house that needed a large chimney repointed and cap replaced. Rod at Layman Masonry and his team were referred to us by our roofer, Kelvin Howard, for doing good work. We contacted Rod for a quote, and he came out the very next day to quote a price that was good considering the amount of work to be done. Rob and his team are insured and were courteous and friendly throughout the project. They showed up on time and maintained a clean job site. The project consisted of grinding out and replacing the old mortar, a new chimney cap and to put two coats of paint back on the chimney. The project was completed in 4 days despite rain every other day. We were very happy with the work done and will use Rod again in the future."

The only pools that don’t need grounding are those without electrical components, such as small inflatable pools. Any outlet around a pool should be a GFCI to cut the current if the outlet gets too wet. During a standard home inspection, they focus on the house’s structure, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, and other components. If they examine your pool, they’ll check the pump and heater. If you want a thorough pool inspection, hire a pool inspection specialist.

You do not have to drain your pool before converting it to salt water. The times when you should consider doing so are when you have been using an antibacterial agent. These sanitation products do not mix well with the saltwater system, so you will need to start fresh. You can either drain the pool or get rid of the antibacterial agent with chlorine.
