"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."

"I called American Cleaning Service when my dishwasher broke while i was at work on a 12 hour shift. I came home to water every where in my kitchen and utility room. He was only 10 minutes from me and got here it seemed within minutes. He and his employee came in and quickly started the removal of the water without question.
