I fully expected to have a bill of at least that amount to pay to get my garage door working again. But Matt noticed right off that the only thing wrong was a latch on the track had gotten released accidently, and that was all the was causing my opener to fail. He reached up, flipped the switch, then smiled and told me that the visit was on him! So many repair men would have made the job look bigger than the flipping of a switch so that they could still charge the quoted fee! Matt's honesty made my day! But even more important, I found an honest repair professional that I will call anytime I need my garage door or opener service. He has my business for life. :)"

Upon realizing it was an error on his part he switched gears, implying it was our fault. After months of chasing this issue we are still without the correct color door. We contacted the head office who can do absolutely nothing because it is a franchise. This install happened in March and it is still not resolved. Do not use this company. They will take whatever dreams that you have worked hard to achieve for your home and trample them into dust while they mock you the entire time."
