Matt with North Suburban Garage Door was so pleasant and honest! I called for a repair of my garage door opener and he quoted a new gear kit at $140 installed. I fully expected to have a bill of at least that amount to pay to get my garage door working again. But Matt noticed right off that the only thing wrong was a latch on the track had gotten released accidently, and that was all the was causing my opener to fail. He reached up, flipped the switch, then smiled and told me that the visit was on him! So many repair men would have made the job look bigger than the flipping of a switch so that they could still charge the quoted fee! Matt's honesty made my day! But even more important, I found an honest repair professional that I will call anytime I need my garage door or opener service. He has my business for life. :)
