Description of Work: Called them out to check my roof to see if any hail damage due to all of the recent storms. Asked them to call me 1 hour prior to arriving so that I could come home to meet them. They did not call. I received a call from my wife who was leaving the driveway to advise me that they just pulled up. I rushed home to meet with them, which was a hassle. They were very apologetic and proceeded to check the roof. They did not find any hail damage but did advise that I had a problem with my dormers and asked if I would like an estimate. I said that I would. They advised they would mail me one. Several weeks passed and I never received one. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone apologized and said she would check on this and get back with me. That never happened. I made that call a week ago and no one has called me back or mailed me an estimate to repair the roofing/flashing around the dormers. Disappointing.

Description of Work: I had a great experience with the Team from Middletown roofing. I was in the middle of selling my house when I found out that my roof needed to be replaced. It was a big, complicated job with a tight timeline. They provided excellent up front consultation with me and helped me interact with the insurance company to insure that all of the services necessary would be addressed in detail. I worked with Parker Stodgill who worked diligently to provide me with feedback throughout the job. I have recommended the company and Parker in particular to a number of people already. The job was completed on time and to the original estimate. The crews did an excellent job of cleaning up after completing the job and the new roof looks extremely good. I would use them again without question. Great experience.

Description of Work: Called and they responded immediately. Called me at work to meet for an estimate. There before I got home. They submitted quote quickly. They arrived early than scheduled and started work. They removed two layers of shingles. Replaced old wood where necessary. Cleaned the area of all old shingles and wood. They did a very nice job. I will recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: I received an estimate from this company. Although I only spoke with the estimator on the telephone, he was very nice and very fast in providing me with an estimate. I was impressed with his initiative. Upon my call for an estimate, he was very friendly, and suggested several options/materials to replace my roof. Unfortunately, I cannot hire everybody! I selected another roofer because of price and guarantee in writing.
