WIll not do evening or weekend quotes. Not a good first impression. Would not provide a provisional quote over the phone with the dimensions.

To say that this has been the most aggravating and poor experience with a contractor since I bought my house would be an understatement. I have found everyone one of my contractors via Angie?s List and was disappointed in the quality of the work, the responsiveness of the home office to my communication after the work was completed and poor work man ship in making sure the job was completed properly. It took the regional manager, Louie, being involved to finally get the remaining issues resolved. Thank goodness I kept all my communication with them in writing, took pictures documenting the poor installation in several areas and that I did not issue payment until the job was completed properly. I will not use this company for my future house renovations nor am I recommending them to anyone I know.

had estimates for roof done and liked what Bone Dry had to offer.Phillip Bauman did estimate and he was friendly and professional.He worked around my schedule to do inspection and offered choices on roof but also other services Bone Dry could do but didn't push those services but gave me idea of cost.The crew arrived on time day of service and did excellent job even with it being very hot that day.They covered area around house and did great job cleaning up.The foreman Roger answered all our questions and checked work done all day and walked my wife thru services done.He too was professional and friendly and kept in contact leading up to job.The roof looks great now,thanks Bone Dry.

I am not one to write online reviews about companies, but in this case I will make an exception because the customer service provided by the Louisville, KY office of Bone Dry Roofing is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. The true measure of a customer oriented company is *not* how things are handled when all goes well, but rather how the company reacts when events do not go as planned. I?ve contracted with Bone Dry for several services in the past, and I have been very satisfied with their products and service. However, on this job (gutter replacement), there were some items that I felt could have done been better. With some contractors, it can be very dicey in convincing the contractor to return to the residence once a job is complete, much less adjusting work already done. In Bone Dry?s case, the Louisville Office Manager (Mr. Louie Leger) AND the Indianapolis Gutter Division Manager (Mr. Mike Bova) came to my house within a few days of my expression of concern regarding the gutter work at my home. The fact that two managers came to my residence to address the concerns of a single customer was impressive enough in itself, but even more impressive was the fact that after an inspection of the work, Mr. Leger and Mr. Bova agreed to rectify the gutter installment shortcomings without hesitation or equivocation! I?ll repeat that ? no arguments, no excuses. Instead, Mr. Leger and Mr. Bova were knowledgeable, polite, and exceedingly patient in listening to my concerns (their calm demeanor while dealing with a disgruntled customer [me] was quite impressive). The single overriding goal of these gentlemen was getting the work done to my satisfaction. To say that Mr. Leger and Mr. Bova completely exceeded my expectations is an understatement! One week later, a Bone Dry work crew (accompanied by Mr. Leger) arrived at the house and the gutter installment shortcomings were thoroughly rectified. The new gutters are awesome (well, as awesome as gutters can be, in any case). Wow! What more could you ask for from a general contractor? I do not hesitate to say that Bone Dry has really won me over as a customer and has my HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION.

Bone Dry's pricing was very reasonable and the entire process from initial contact through the installation was handled professionally and effectively. The installers called ahead and arrived 15 minutes before their scheduled time. The spacing between and alignment of the vents on the roof was perfect and the installation was clean and neat. I had the opportunity to talk with the Sales Rep, Office Manager and Installers during the process and all were courteous and helpful. They did a great job.

Roger is very easy to work with, helpful, accommodating, and very focused on customer service. I appreciate his attitude! The rainy weather this spring delayed the start of the work. However, they came as promised, did the work well. The only glitch was in mortar scraped out and left on the ground. A question to Roger about the lack of clean up resulted in workers coming the same day to clean up, which they did very thoroughly. We will use Bone Dry again.

It was excellent and pretty quick.They gave a lifetime warranty so its good.

said he would call in one week haven't heard form them. going to get some more estament. they had a 30 day proposal.

due to the cold weather, snow, etc., it was a while before they were able to do the job. they would call every once in a while to let me know they hadn't forgotten about me. when the weather permitted they called and came at the agreed upon time. they completed the work quickly and, as nearly as I can tell, did a very professional job.

Since I had a very narrow window to replace my roof due to commitments and winter setting in I was very pleased that they worked with me to get the roof on in early Nov. They were quick and had it on in half a day. They also cleaned up the area so that no debris or nails remained. Tarps were used to protect my landscape. The chimney work was delayed until weather in Feb of this year permitted. This was fine with me as there was no time issue this time. I am pleased with the results and the company and supervisors answered my questions and addressed my concerns.

They were on time to fix the problems. Even better, when a problem showed up in the future then came right out to provide a temporary cover over the leak area. A day or two later, when the rain stopped, they were out to do permanent repair. The best part is that they covered all repairs under warranty! You can not beat that!

They were here 10 minutes after the tree limb was removed to temporary seal the hole. The next day after the ice melted they were back to do a permanent repair. I have had NO problems with the repair.

It went fine. They came out within two days. They cleaned everything up. They were interested and concerned that the roof was so bad that the patches wouldn't help. They did the best they could and it worked.

We have had some roofing folks here and the name of the company is Bone Dry. Our experience with them was very good. We were pleased. They were fast and they were very responsive and that was positive, nothing negative. We had a chronic leak and they were able to find the source that other people hadn't been able to find and patching and not helping. There is no reason not to give them an 'A' for punctuality. I would definitely use this service provider again in the future.

This is one exceptional company--it says what it will do and then it does what it says--that can be a rare thing in today's world. I received several bids for the installation of new gutters on my old, tall Highlands home; Louie Leger, its General Manager, explained exactly what I needed and why. Yes, Bone Dry's quote was higher than the other quotes I received, but it was the first and only one that made sense to me. I can positively say that paying the higher price was well worth it. The workmen knew what they were doing; so the actual installation went smoothly as one would expect from a professional company that promises to do good work. However, where Bone Dry also excelled is with the replacement of missing vinyl siding and rotted boards painted an odd shade of purple. Although nothing was said about matching the purple paint on rotted wood, Bone Dry went out of its way to match the color so that the replacement boards look wonderful--both the size and color match the surrounding boards. If you don't know where to look, you can't tell where parts of the siding were replaced. I will most certainly use Bone Dry again and I highly recommend Bone Dry to anyone. You can't go wrong with Bone Dry Roofing.

Very professional rep and knew his trade. Quote was about average compared to other contractors. Still considering.

Very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. However, the pricing was about twice as much as most other contracters at $625/window.

Bone Dry Roofing exceeding all of my expectations in every possible manner. The materials arrived a few days ahead of the installation, as promised. Bone Dry Roofing does not use subcontractors (many other local roofers do use day laborers or subcontractors). Their team of employees arrived on time, and with a job foreman onsite the whole time. The foreman remained in contact with us throughout the two day roofing process. Bone Dry employees did not use pneumatic nailing guns as this can crack or split older wooden roofing underlayment systems. Each shingle was hand nailed. All gutters and downspouts were adjusted so they drain water at maximum efficiency. Our driveway and walkways were free of all nails and debris when the crew left the jobsite. At the end of the job, Bone Dry Roofing employees posed next to their job sign in front of our house. They asked me to take a picture of them. When is the last time you had a contractor on site who wanted a picture? This is the first and only time that sense of pride has been displayed to me. Bone Dry isn't the first company I have ever hired for roof replacement - but is by far the best. I will use them again and I will surely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I felt like they didn’t match the roof tiles up very well, but they were so understanding. They said that it was what the customer wanted and they would work with me until I was happy. I have a man coming out today because he thinks they can match the tiles up even better. No complaints whatsoever!

Everything went very well my roof was put on in ine day. they came back due to the weather a week later to finish the gutters and drywall. They we all nice and let u know what they were goin to do that day. I woulf refer this company to anyone.
