Description of Work: repaired and replaced gutter and siding on second level of home. They did a great job and I am considering using them again for a much bigger job.

Description of Work: Water tested the roof to determine where the leak was. Then replaced shingles in a valley in an area about 5 ft. x 12 ft. One day was spent finding the leak. They came out the following week and made the repairs. I was very satisfied with their work and will have them replace my roof in the near future.

Description of Work: Partial roof replacement, they did what was asked of them. I haven't had any other problems since the work was done. This grade would have been higher except for the fact I had tried to get them to come out the previous fall and could never get anyone to show up. If you get them to your house the work is excellent and a fair price.

Description of Work: I called on Bone Dry to inspect hail damage from last week's storm. Josh was on time and very professional. He confirmed that we did have hail, he said from the evidence some of it was marble sized. His conclusion was that the roof was not materially damaged and would not need repair. I was impressed with his honesty.

We were having issues getting a different company to even schedule an appt; so, our experience with Bone Dry was night and day in comparison. They promptly called me back and scheduled an appointment for a couple of days later. | |They arrived on time and had sent two individual; one to review the roofing work and one to review the chimney work. They were up on the roof for awhile, then asked to climb into my attic to better understand all the work required. | |They then presented me with a very thorough estimate on all the work required. It included a few options for different types of products and additional, recommended, work details. | |I was impressed by the thoroughness of the quote. I am a Professional Engineer and appreciate all the details. These guys know what it will take to do the job right. I never felt as if they were trying to up-sell me on unneeded work and was impressed with the details of how the job would be supervised, the work performed, and the clean-up and property protection that will be used. | |I have not called to schedule the work yet however, I will call Bone Dry Roofing & Masonry to do the work without further bids; I want them to do the work. | |I plan to have them tuck-point and repair three chimneys including building new concrete chimney caps for each. Description of Work: They replaced shingles, old roll roofing, and bad wood on our leaking garage/sunroom area. This company was very professional. They were punctional and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. Since I was not able to climb up on the roof they provided me with pictures they took before and after the job, explaining exactly what they had to do and why it was necessary. I strongly suggest anyone with roof problems use this company. They are excellent.
