Description of Work: turns out i did not need any work done. they checked my masonry, what i thought was a problem, and it needed no replacement; just some minor work that i could do myself. they even suggested some potential work needed down the road. they did not even charge for their inspection and recommendations. |quite impressed. Description of Work: Repaired roof leaks after I had tried for 15 months and 8 other contractors who all wanted to put on a whole new roof. They were thorough in their initial investigation, prompt in providing an estimate and also prompt and thorough in the repair! Wish I had known about them a long time ago.

Description of Work: After getting several estimates, we opted to use Bone Dry Roofing to both put on a new roof and fix the deteriorating chimney. Roger was very thorough and explained each step to us along with the warranty. He was very professional and personable. The shingles were delivered the day before the work was to start. The workers came at the time expected, were very polite and hard working. A couple of the boards needed to be replaced, and they did this without having to leave and come back with the materials. The cleanup was terrific, getting up all of the old material & used a magnet to get up the old nails. All was completed in about a 1/2 a day. Roger came back after the work was finished to inspect it and see if we had any questions or concerns. We were very happy with the work and would highly recommend the company.

Description of Work: I previously had a roofing company come out to replace my roof, but they did a horrible job. I had Bone Dry Roofing come to replace that roof. They had to completely remove the roof and install a new one, including some of the rafters.

Description of Work: the service is not what i thought and eventhough i questioned this on the initial call when they noted an "inspection" versus repair. i never got my money back. they continued to ignore my request and sent someone out for an inspection eventhough there was never a confirmation of an appointment. They do not listen to customers or prospects for a customer

Description of Work: They replaced our roof, roof decking and upgraded our roof vents. We had a mold problem in our attic, and they were also very helpful and willing to remove all the old insulation while they had the roof decking removed for a reasonable fee.

Description of Work: They removed shingles and flashing in three areas and replaced with modified flashing ( had to also remove the first few rows of siding in 1 area). They replaced repaired areas with matching shingles but they looked different than the original shingles. I was not happy with the difference in colors so they came back and washed the area where the color variation was and it came out great. Algae was causing the color variation. |All the guys were very professional and did the job quickly and to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them again. THANKS GUYS, WELL DONE!

Description of Work: Appointment and estimate. Showed up for the appointment early following a courtesy call saying they were ahead of schedule. Very professional and communicative and helpful. Quote was explained in reasonable detail and I have a lot of confidence in Bone Dry.

Description of Work: The young man came to my home he told me that my roof was applied wrong he got me so happy because I was told this by a retired builder and he gave me a hug and he agreed with me that it was applied to my home wrong he was suppose to give me the written quote & he did not ! He then told me that there was a fee for the removal of the shingles that's when I said to him that I would get up there on my roof on my belly and spinal cord injury and take the shingles off my self thinking that would stop the fee . Then when he said that his manager would be coming out to my house to take off some shingles and take photos and then tell me that the roof was applied wrong ! After he already told me in my house I also don't know why a roofer would have to come inside your home to look around and that in the first place I felt like he didn't was casting my home ! Because I have never had a roofer come in side my home to look around the house and follow me in to every room ! And I have never had a roofer come I to my home to look at the roof period ! And then he left my home he was nice but he changed the whole meeting after I told him that I wanted him to put it into writing they know that I wanted it in writing before they ever left my home ! And he didn't give me that he left my home then he called me and tells me that there is going to be a fee for his manager to come out to my house to lift up some shingles and take photos if my roof ! Then I asked why is there a fee I told you that I would get up on the roof lay down on my belly and take tho lose shingles off my roof ! Then he told me that no it is for his manager to come out to my house to lift off some shingles and that I had to pay for their over head and gas and insurance . To come back to my house I said $250.00 fee you and the manager that you spoke to is that one that said that you wanted to come back to lift up some shingles when that is what you were here to so in the first place & now you want to charge me ? I said no just give me a written quote on what you did and please send me the photos that you took please he Said that he would ; and he sent me the photos some if the photos showed up all white with no photos ! And it was days before I got any kind of quote ! Then he told me that the $250.00 fee that I would get 50% back if I do the whole roof and that it would cost me a lot more money $7,000 to about $8,000 dollars ! My roof is still leaking and I really think and feel that it is because I am a disabled woman and on disability only ! I not only freeze in my home now I have to worry about the roof being applied wrong as well as being miss treated because I am disabled with a spinal cord injury ! This is the way that I feel after he told me that the roof was applied wrong and them after I told him I was told that from a retired builder who got up on my roof with my friend and showed him that it was applied wrong ! I need help please . I would give them at this time more than an F I would give them F F F all the way across the board I even called the company about it I was told that they would call me back and that was a week ago to day is now the 10 Th. of Jan 2015 and I still have not gotten a return call like I was told that they would do I feel they are rude and disrespectful thank you kindly for your time
