Everything went great except I had requested the remote open and close and somehow a manual unit was ordered. They did offer to stop and get it corrected but rain on the way so I said no. Everyone very very nice.

Was pleased that first appointment for estimate went great - arrived on time and price was below what I thought it would be. Work was done without supervision some weeks later as their schedule and weather permitted. Inspected it the next day and am VERY happy with what was done. Definitely recommend - will use again if any work on my refurb falls in their wheel house.

Great experience in that there was follow through when promised, work site was kept clean, work was completed as promised and every person associated with the job was professional and helpful.

Superb! After Tony's Fix-It did a terrible job on my roof, wherein it was leaking and ruining my ceiling, wall, furniture, I joined Angie's List to get a more reliable provider. I worked with Roger Watkins who was OUTSTANDING! There were a few medical hiccups, but Roger hung in there, and when it was time to get the job done, him and his team came in and got the job done in an accurate, timely, professional way. Bone Dry Roofing has heart too, because Roger was first concerned about me getting better!

it went very well. Jeremy showed up when he said that he would, the crew did their work professionally and they made sure that the area was cleaned up. They communicated very well. We called several other contractors and they didn't bother to call back.

We were completely happy with all phases of this job. The price seemed reasonable to us, and was significantly less than the bid we had received from a different contractor. From initial contact to job completion Bone Dry Masonry and Bone Dry Roofing's managers (Jeremy and Louie), and workers (especially Troy), were courteous, professional and did an excellent job. We were especially impressed with the fact they communicated their schedule and what they intended to do very well over the approximately one month that it took to complete the work (there were periods of bad weather that held up the job a number of times). Their crews were careful on the job site and kept the roof and the work area on the driveway cleaned up and the old chimney covered up when they were done for the day. The worker who constructed the chimney chase, from framing, and siding, through flashing, shingle work and painting did an outstanding job. We were impressed that they used a custom-manufactured stainless steel chimney cap that fits down a few inches over the chimney chase top edge forming a very robust fit and weather seal. After this work was completed we asked for and quickly received proposals for some additional work (siding, gutters, and minor roof repairs) that were very reasonable. We intend to contract again with Bone Dry for this work in the coming year, and would highly recommend them to other home owners. They seem to have above-ordinary expertise in roofing and chimney work coupled with an outstanding management ability to get the jobs done in a professional, courteous way, and in a timely fashion. Great job, great people and great company.

Thanks to Louie and Roger and their crew at Bone Dry for installing my new roof. They were polite, patient as I chose shingle and gutter colors, punctual, and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived! I'm planning on doing new siding in the Spring and will definitely contact Bone Dry for the job.

Louie came over to give a free estimate on 9/18/2013. I don't think he was expecting me to climb on the roof with him, or for the many questions I had--I have a partial no slope roof, which requires different roofing materials than shingles on a normal sloped roof. He was very patient with my questions, and my several follow-up emails, all of which he replied to promptly and with helpful information. After we were both clear on what I wanted, he came out again so that I could match the cap layer granules with the shingle color. The crew showed up on time on 10/7/2013 and went right to work. They were respectful of my property as well as my neighbors, putting a tarp over his car in case debris fell in that direction. The job was completed in one day as promised. Louie stopped by a couple of times during the day to check in, making sure his job foreman had what he needed. My only criticism was when I selected brown flashing for the chimney, black was installed instead. The job-site supervisor noticed the mistake before I did and had the crew re-flash with the brown which requires brown caulking. This re-do was probably frustrating for the crew so I needed to fill in some gaps in the caulking myself after they left. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and appreciated the roofing knowledge that Louie exhibited. He knew I wanted no short-cuts, and finally, I have an up-to-code roof. Louie came to my house to inspect my roof to measure and give me a quote for a full roof replacement. He was on time and greeted me very professionally. He was able to measure my roof and provide a quote during the same visit. I was under a time constraint to get the roof done, and they were able to fit me into their busy schedule. The crew arrived before I was there and they were busy working. They sent a large enough crew that they were able to remove the old roof and install the new one, and completed the job by early afternoon. The job was completed very well and the crew was very professional. The project manager walked me through the finished job and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Thank you Bone Dry Roofing for making my first roof replacement as painless as possible and setting the right expectations.

Jeremy always showed up on time and were very clean and neat! They did some masonry work on a brick retaining wall. I expressed concern about my chimneys and he gave a free inspection and some recommendations to replace 4 chimney caps and now getting ready to replace the chimney chase lid. No pressure and let me do the work in stages!

Mr. Jeremy Marowelli was crew leader on the job and my contact. He and his crew arrived promptly when scheduled, were careful and courteous throughout their equipment set up and execution of the job. The work looks clean and professional. Mr. Marowelli provided detailed answers to all questions about the work. As with the Bone Dry roofing division, they did an excellent job of cleaning up all trash and debris before leaving. I will recommend them to others without hesitation.

Two young men arrived on time and after exchanging pleasantries, they began work promptly. They were more than masons...they were artists. They matched the mortar perfectly and when they were finished, I couldn't tell that it was a repair. It all matched perfectly with the other brick and mortar. I had to leave the house for a short time and when I got back they had discovered a couple of loose bricks on the front stoop and fixed those too with the same care that they had done the work around the window. They also cleaned the moss off the stoop and had it all looking brand new?no charge. They were knowledgeable, talented, and extremely nice.

The sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the causes and effects and put together a detailed plan of execution. The sales rep also completed an entire roof inspection. Thanks, Bone Dry Roofing you did not miss a beat. Excellent job!

Bone Dry Roofing did a great job of taking care of my needs. They explained to me the last person who "did the repair" did not do a proper job, and then explained that the past repair group just poured tar to "seal the leak. With the weather in Louisville the tar just cracked and then they proceeded to show me pictures of my chimney and the past repair so I could see what they were talking about. Bone Dry Roofing then explained what really needed to be done to properly fix the issue. They took their time explaining to me what the problem was, they gave me multiple options to repair, and were able to take in account my budget. They were on time, polite, and very helpful answering question that I had. With the time they spent with me and all the information they gave me I went ahead and gave them the job on the spot, and I am glad I did. They did great and I am completely pleased with the job they did. I have started the process with Bone Dry Roofing to have them replace my gutters next, and I know I will be calling them when it is time to look at a new roof! Thank you Bone Dry Roofing!

It went good. They were really quick to come out and respond and get the roof done. The only problem, was that after they were done, I noticed the gutters were hanging low, and they didn't look like that before. When I asked about it, they said they didn't do anything to the gutters.

They arrived on time,covered all plants and bushes around house, proceeded to remove old roof down to wood. Took pictures of bad wood and showed them to us. Replaced the bad wood, installed new ridge vent, finished putting on new roof, by hand, no nail guns. Proceeded to pickup any and all old roofing materials that had landed around the house. they did a great job!!!

The experience was excellent. They got the job done in a day and cleaned up thoroughly. They did a very good job. They responded to questions and they were professional.

We contacted Bone Dry on to come out and check on our rain cap on our chimney. We had originally contacted Bone Dry to replace our roof, but while they were inspecting our roof, they noticed that our rain cap had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. We were contacted by Bone Dry masonry the next day and were able to schedule within a week for them to take a look. They were professional and provided a quote. Since they are the only quote we got, I'm not sure of reasonableness, but it seemed to make sense. They followed up quickly and we have signed the proposal and are awaiting to schedule a date for the repair. They were very professional and easy to work with. We are looking forward to updating our review with the repair work when finished.

Excellent. Jeremy came out went over all the things that needed to be done. He gave me an education on what they would do and how many bricks they may need and how the waterproofing system worked. Jeremy followed up extremely well and was very concerned with our opinion of the job that was performed. They finished before I thought they would and everything was excellent. Jeremy followed up at the end to make sure all goals were met and I told him that I would definitely use them in the future for any needs that I have for my home or rental properties.

A woman hit my my brick mailbox and took the whole mailbox out. Bone Dry was very easy to reach. They came out right away to do an estimate. He will be installing the new mailbox in two weeks. The worker is very friendly and outgoing.

The gentleman arrived promptly, listened to me explain how another person had been on a roof across the street and they "saw" shingles missing from my roof. After being on the roof a while inspecting it, he reported 1) NO shingle missing, 2) a few nail pop ups that he would address right then and there - and not charge me even a penny (wouldn't even take a "tip" for the roofing cement used!) 3) shared with me that with in the next couple of years, I will probably need a new roof, and that just to make sure, he was willing to come out this fall (before winter) to inspect my roof again to make sure nothing had changed. Yes - I was impressed - at the honesty and forthrightness!

We had a leak for several years. We tried other roofers and chimney people who said they fixed it but did not. Bone Dry came out, photographed the problem, gave us an indepth explanation, estimate and warranty. It has been over 6 months with hard rains and there is no longer a leak. I wish we had called them in the very beginning.

Bone dry roofing was very responsive. They scheduled an appointment with 2 days of my initial call. Came out and gave us a n estimate for services. Theynhadnthenwork completed professionally and efficiently within a week of us signing the agreement. They replaced a boot on our roof as well as installed 4 vents on the back side of our roof. I was very pleased with the service and I we,d definitely recommend.
