Excellent. Jeremy was great. He made sure that the work was done correctly and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work. He made several trips to get the brick color matched and discuss the process. Very nice and professional. He even brought our trash can up from the curb after garbage pickup. How many companies do that? -:). Would definitely use them again.

Jeremy was very helpful and professional. He put a tarp over our chimney to prevent leaking until the new chase was ready. He was knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions. I'm going to recommend Bone Dry to all my neighbors.

I had a leak around my chimney that had not been properly take care of over the years. Jeremy came to my house, evaluated the situation and gave an estimate. He also answered several of my questions in the days following. The crew came and did the work over four days. It would have been done sooner but rain was a factor. Jeremy always called before he and the crew came over. I was very pleased that he was able to offer a solution to the venting of my hot water heater from the basement. It was vented though the fire box and there was backdrafting of fumes. I had this looked at by several companies and no one was able to offer a viable solution. Jeremy was the first one to ask about the venting of the hot water heater. The venting of the water heater was moved and new liner was installed with the proper cap. The leak is resolved and there are no more fumes backdrafting into the firebox. A couple suggestions for Bone Dry: 1. If you need to get into the house, please wear something over the shoes or put down drop cloths. Fortunately it was hard surfaces at my house and they cleaned up easily. 2. Check for nails and debris. I checked the driveway because I had a bad expereience with another company. So I double checked after the work was done. I found a few nails and pieces of materials scattered around . 3. If there is chimney work to be done, place drop cloths in the fireplace and cover it to keep materials from coming into the house. I came home after the first day and there were pieces of mortar in the fireplace and in the living room. Falling pieces from that height could do some serious damage to hardwood floors or a tile hearth. These suggestions would not hinder me from hiring Bone Dry again. It's some things to look out for the next time.

Bone Dry was prompt, professional, neat and friendly. Jeremy was very helpful throughout the entire process. When small issues came up, they were promptly and pleasantly addressed.

The job went very well. The roofers were quick and efficient. After the job was complete and the area cleaned up, we did not find any debris left behind. We were kept informed of each step being done. There were a few boards that needed to be replaced and the contractor took pictures and showed us the damage to get approval before replacing them. We are well satisfied with the service we received.

They have been so easy to work with and so considerate. They are very flexible and work around my schedule to better accommodate myself and my families schedule. They did outstanding work and always remained very professional. I highly recommend this company for any type of roofing work.

They gave me a quote for the job and applied the $149 towards the work. The service went smoothly. They knocked out the chimney and put in a stove pipe chimney. It was a two day job. The technician stepped through the ceiling and they repaired it free of charge so it was not an issue.

Jeremy called to perform the install the day he received the manufactured product in. He had time that day to install the ordered parts, and we scheduled the install for that morning. He showed up promptly and, even though it began to rain, started the install immediately. He gave me an estimated time that he thought the install would take and he completed the job in said time. He left the area clean and free of any debris and took the old materials away with him. He was extremely friendly and professional and I will be sure to use there services again.

The actual work took one day but he had to come out a few times for the estimate and to match the brick. We dealt with the owner to set up the service and then he sent a crew of 2-3 guys for the work. They did a good job cleaning up after the service. Overall, they did a great job.

Expect bone dry to contact me when weather permits them to complete the project. The chimney project is separate contract and cost.

Jeremy called and explained that the company he had to order the panels from was local and could actually do this service at a lower cost as they specialized in this type of service. This type of honesty is needed in all industries. Anyone needing services that Bone Dry can provide I will definitely be referring.

Great - it took a little longer than I had hoped but that was Mother Nature dishing out first ice and then rain - good ole Louisville. They made sure I knew when then would be there and let me know when done - I did not need to be there. Everyone very nice and quick to make sure all is good! They had offered to come tarp the chimney when rain on the way. They will be back in less than a month for the final step.
