We bought the furniture on July 4th , 2015. We said we would wait a couple of weeks for all the pieces to come in at one time and then have them all delivered. We waited another week because some of the pieces weren't available. Then finally we said bring the pieces you have and we will wait on the rest. We ordered a couch, two end tables and a coffee table. Sounds simple right????? We ordered the rocker/recliner loveseat. The frame was bent. They said they would bring a new one and the delivery man said that they did bring a new one but it would be easier for them to just replace one side instead of getting everything in and out of the door. Okay. Then they called and said our end table was ready at the warehouse and we had to pick it up or it would be another 99.00 for delivery. (My son took the call and didn't know any better so he went and picked it up.) At the warehouse they gave him a box that they literally dropped in the back of his pickup from the dock about 3 feet. So I called Ashley and they apologized again, (they are good at that) and asked them when they would send someone out to put the table together. So we waited a couple of 3 days before that happened. We have been promised a replacement for our cracked coffee table since July 4th. It either gets to the warehouse "in pieces from the boat over here" or now today they delivered a white pine table that is totally different that ours. I told them when they called yesterday that I can't have it delivered because no one would be there and they said they were sorry (told you they apologize a lot) but it was on their truck and they can't get it off. I said I though I had 24 hours which would have been exactly 24 hours when they called. No they couldn't do that. My husband took off work to be home (loss of money) and then they bring the wrong table. I called the manager" Kyle", and he assures me that my next purchase he will personally take care of me. I said there will be no "next" purchase. He apologized again said there wasn't anything else he could do as he talked to "everyone" and they said there was nothing he could do. I am also contacting the BBB because this behavior is unacceptable and for a business this is terrible customer service.
Description of Work: we bought living room furniture for 3000.00 We bought the furniture (cash) on July 4th and this is August 21 and they still can't get it all delivered without it being the wrong piece or broken. Apologize all over the place but will not compensate or try to make it right in any other way.

Description of Work: Bought a bed from these people. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product which helped in selecting the right bed for our situation. The whole transaction went without any glitches.

Bought an extended warranty but of course this is not covered only 1 year and 5 months old it the foam should have held better no kids romping on it poor poor poor quality waiting for manager to call me back
Description of Work: Bought a love seat recliner I March last year bought the extended warranty the foam came unglued and bunched up and of course they can't do anything about it. I will never buy any furniture from this place again too bad because if they would have done something I am remodeling my house and would have made a large purchase now I will go somewhere else.

[member name removed], Thank you for taking your time to write this review on your mothers furniture purchase. We care and hope to resolve your issues in a timely manor. I have investigated your complaint and the results are that the furniture did show wear and tear on the footrest from use. This is not covered under the manufacturers warranty, however even though the manufacturers warranty has expired, our company has offered to install the parts from the manufacturer at no labor cost to you. Your only expense is the parts. The extended warranty that was purchased does not extend the manufacturers warrany but is great coverage for accidental damage like cuts, burns, tears, stains ect.... It is to my understanding that we have scheduled the time already to get these repairs done for you! The showroom is beautiful. When we came in, a sales person came over right away, but didn't shadow us or try to pressure us into buying anything. Found a great deal on a leather sectional. Impressive selection of area rugs. Check out was quick and the sales person carried our rug out for us.
Description of Work: I bought a leather sectional and area rug. Purchased on Thursday, delivered on Saturday morning.
