Fusion did everything that was expected- no surprises, which was welcome.

It went pretty well. They did a good job of fixing what they could on the spot and the rest in a single follow-up. They were really good about making sure to communicate arrival, agreeing to call me 15 minutes prior so I could work rather than wait for them.

Jeff and his crew arranged for the electrical permit, arrived on time, completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Once their work was complete, they arranged for an electrical inspector to come out from the City of Mission. They came to my house on the day of the inspection to walk the inspector through what they had done. The work passed inspection. Everything went exactly according to plan.

Jeff is very easy to work with, his initial 'estimate' visit included following me into the crawlspace, the service entry, and the workshop. I showed him every problem that had bugged me this year. He charged nothing for that visit, and advised me how to solve the workshop problem myself (that worked, by the way). When I went ahead with a bedroom fixture upgrade, I noticed a 'phantom' voltage on neutral, and decided to call him back for an opinion. He came the next day, checked out the line, said this was a common problem with three-way circuit wiring. I then showed him the issue I had with how to support the new fixture. He pointed out a support rafter and said that was what he would use. I decided he could do the job much better than I could, so asked him to. It took him about 20 minutes, with his assistant.

Jeff came on time as promised to give us an estimate on replacing an old ceiling fan in the MB and installing a new one in the bathroom. He gave us a fair quote and we called him back to schedule the job. Brett and two of his colleagues showed up on time and performed the job. Brett even came back the next day when we noticed one of the light bulbs was out and we could not reach it due to ceiling height. Professional communication and quality is how we would describe this company. We will definitely call on them again for more electrical work.

They were on time, the explained what they were going to do in detail, and they did the work in a lot less time than I expected.

I got a call before they arrived, they were on time, and were very courteous. Brett Young, the supervisor, checked the work of the others and communicated clearly with them as to what they were to do. He was patient and pleasant as I described my concerns in layman's terms and checked on my basement flood lights, which did not need repair but about which I had questions. He took his shoes off at the door. I was pleased with the results and would call them again in a minute for a job small or large. There were three of them because they had just come from a big job, but they all worked and made it go quickly. The price was very reasonable.

Brett, Jeff and their trainee (all three came because they had come directly from a larger job) were professional, quick (in and out in about a half hour), courteous, and helpful. Replacing the can light in the shower involved some debris falling from the ceiling, which they cleaned up before they left. Also, the can light cover was smaller than the original leaving a gap which Brett spackled to cover the hole. When I told Brett that we were fixing up the house to sell, he said that the house inspector may require new outlets in the kitchen in which case they would make a return trip to install them with no extra charge for a house call. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Very smooth. Jeff replaced the light switch on his initial visit to survey the job. They coordinated with the power company to have everyone at the site at the same time. Power was off for less then 15 minutes. Did first rate work all around.

I called and talked to the owner Jeff Lesuer, and he set up an appointment to come out the very next day. He was very pleasant and professional. He arrived with a co-worker at the exact time we specified and had the two electrical problems fixed in a very timely manner. I felt completely comfortable with them in my home, which is important if you are a woman trying to arrange for home repairs. I was pleased with the service and would definitely call them again in the future.

A+++. Jeff came over the same day I called to give an estimate. After getting several estimates from several companies I selected Fusion based on perceived knowledge, professionalism, and price. Day of work, Fusion team arrived on time and completed job within time frame and did an excellent job. Very neat & tidy Even though the placement of the stairwell light and the pool table junction boxes was very difficult they were able to do it without visible damage to walls, ceilings, or crown molding. I was amazed & very happy.

The service was prompt and professional in responding to the request, in submitting a quote and in performing the work. The workers were courteous not only to me, but to each other. When a problem occurred the following day, which turned out to be totally unrelated to their projects, Jeff came by within half an hour and solved the problem at no charge!

Called Jeff, and he sent Brett out within 20 minutes. Turns out it was a problem on the utilities end. Jeff could have told me to call the utility first, but that would have taken all night. I assumed there would be a marginal charge for diagnosing the problem, but not $65 for 10 minutes of work.

Estimate was 2/3 of the previous contractor. Work was done on time and satisfactorily. Workmen were friendly and professional. They did have to come back (promptly), however, when the new lights (2 @ 60 watts each) added up to exactly the same wattage as the old light (1 @ 120 watts), so they put in higher watt bulbs (2 @ 85 watts). Even that was not enough light, however (which is why I wanted the extra ceiling light to begin with). I put in an old 120 watt bulb back in the old can, instead of their new 85 watt halogen, however, to get enough total light from the old + new can (total 205 watts vs 120 to begin with vs 170 after their new bulbs). My wife is pleased now.

Brett Young arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the scope of the job and gave the best of 3 estimates. He came and did the work, was very professional, efficient, and cleaned up after the job was over. I would definitely refer friends/family to Fusion for future jobs. They gave the best price from vendors on the list and had the service and professionalism to back it up.

I can't say enough about this company. Very professional, always on time, very thorough, and friendly. They were less money than a larger company when it came to increasing the amps in our fuse box. Since then we have had them back to install a new ceiling fan and put numerous new electrical outlets in our home. Whenever I call them, Jeff always is able to take care of whatever I need within the week. He seems to have a good working relationship with KCP&L and is able to expedite any work that needs to be done with them without problems. It's been almost two months since we had the electric work done and we have had absolutely no problems. As far as I am concerned Jeff and Fusion Electric will always have my business.

Jeff was great from start to finish. When I called him for a bid, he got back with me promptly and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. He arrived right on time and was very professional. He seemed interested in not only giving us good service, but in saving us money as well (part of our remodel was already started by the previous owners of our house). When it came time to do the work, he worked fast and cleaned up after himself. He is also very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend him.

What a wonderful experience! I called 9:00 in the morning and they said they could be there a little after lunch. At 1:00 they called and said they'd be at the house in about 20 minutes. By the time I got there, they had already arrived. Brent figured out the wiring problem and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He asked if I knew how to reattach the garage doors now that electricity was back on. Since I didn't, he just went ahead and did it for me while explaining how so I could do it in the future. It just so happens that his Dad was a plumber so he also fixed my jammed kitchen garbage disposal. Jeff checked over everything and they were gone in less than 25 minutes. Both were really nice, thoughtful and professional guys. I would highly recommend them!

Fusion Electric did a great job for us. They returned our phone calls promptly and worked with us to get the best date and time to come out. They called the day of the appointment to let us know they were on their way, They were on time and very courteous. They made the necessary repairs, additions, and cleaned up after themselves. Came out for estimate same day. Very flexible and responsive to scheduling. Problem solved several issues without charging. Gave estimate for remainder of work that was reasonable. Quality work and attention to detail.

Jeff did a great job. Very prompt and communicative. Work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely afterward. He even offered an Angie's List discount once he found out we were members. This after we had already agreed to a price. In addition, he did extra work we needed (connecting a few appliances) at no cost since he was there to meet with the City Inspector. Our electrician showed up on time and performed the services needed in a fast and sufficient manner. They very professional and pleasant to deal with.
