These outside outlets had died. They found the problem and replaced the fixtures with fixtures that shouldn't have problems in the future.

After obtaining bids from 3 companies I selected Fusion to handle the project. Jeff seemed to be the most knowledgeable about what would be required to complete the project and he had the most competitive bid. His team of 2 electricians arrived on time (actually about 15 minutes early) on the day of the project. The two men were both professional and courteous. They informed me along the way as to what was going to take place (when the power would be turned off; estimated time it would be off; when they were ready to turn it back on). They worked hard all day, in temps reaching 105 degrees, without complaint. Before the power was turned off they instructed me on some things I could do to help keep the house cool while without power. They estimated that the power would be off for 8 hours and it was almost exactly 8 hours when the power was restored. I had followed the suggestions on how to keep the house cool and it remained acceptable in the house for the entire day. After the new electrical panel had been installed and the wiring had been transferred to the new panel, we needed the city to come out and inspect the work. Jeff kept me informed about when the inspection would take place and met the city inspector on the day of the inspection. Everything passed with no issues. Next we needed KCP&L to come out and pull a new line to the house. Jeff had told me to let him know if KCP&L did not show up by Friday. They did not arrive by Friday so I contacted Jeff via e-mail. He responded immediately, informing me that he had contacted KCP&L and verified that a work order was in place and that they should be out within the next few days to complete the work. KCP&L showed up on Monday morning to pull the new cable and complete the project. Everything went smoothly and KCP&L had no problems with the work that Fusion had preformed. I was very happy with every aspect of the project.

Everything is good. Their prices are reasonable. I have used them multiple times, and I would use them again.

We had a ceiling fan and entry light replaced, two hall fixtures replaced and a new dining room light wired. We also had the thermostat location moved and replaced, nine electrical outlets installed on the first floor, multiple outlets added to the basement level and new wiring to accomodate the sump pump. Work was done in a timely fashion with good communication and the workers were respectful of the property, our time as we were working from home and did a good job of cleaning up. Very pleasant guys to work with!

Excellent. We've used Fusion before and they are always fantastic. Not the lowest bid, but price was definitely fair for work done. Installation of the SPD was not included in the original quote. I expected Jeff to charge something nominal for the time involved. But he said it was so easy, he wasn't going to charge us. We had a small issue with the generator, a model with which Jeff was not familiar. He came back out and spent at least 30 minutes on the phone talking to the manufacturer trying to get it right. Turns out, the manufacturer included an outdated manual. All around a class act.

Fusion always answers their phone promptly or returns messages promptly. They are able to come within a day or two to complete service. After giving them a description of what service is needed they give an estimate over the phone; they have always stuck to that estimate once they are finished with the project.

It all went very well. Jeff came out and gave us a fair and accurate estimate. The work was scheduled within a week or so and was done well. Jeff and his staff were professional and competent. I have no complaints and have just scheduled contacted Fusion to do some more work in the house.

The work took longer than originally planned. The quality of work was very good.

Two electricians came out and I went over all work that needed to be done. They went to work right away and solved a problem two previous electricians were not able to properly troubleshoot. They also found some additional issues, informed me about them, rewired the lines correctly and completed all work perfectly. These guys were recommended by my plumber contractor and I have used them for additional jobs. Arrived on time, work was completed quicker than expected and haven't had any problems with any of the work that was contracted. Will be using them for other rentals houses I acquire and my own residence.

It was the 2nd time in 12 years that the electrical line had been ripped off my brick wall during a storm. Time to go underground and the heat was tremendous! Jeff remained patient when intervening storms pulled KCPL away from their part of the job. The work was finally completed and the inside part of the job was not to my satisfaction. A quick call to Jeff, a reschedule at my convenience, and Jeff fixed the job so that I am over-the-top-pleased. I am impressed with his dedication to completing the job to the customer's satisfaction. Jeff and his crew are informative, professional, and willing to answer customer questions. He is my electrician for future projects.

Actual cost mirrored estimate. Work promptly scheduled and performed on day promised. Overall great experience. Workers were very professional and efficient, testing all components to insure proper functioning prior to leaving. Very pleased with service provided. Will use in the future, should another electrical need arise.

Jeff was out to get my specific requests and promptly submitted an estimate via email. I felt the bid was very reasonable. Jeff was very prompt, professional and pleasant to speak with. Rich and Jeremy came out this past Thursday, August 25th, to complete the work and they did an excellent job. They were to be here at 9am but were running late. Rich called me right before 9 to let me know which was very much appreciated. With out a doubt, I would highly recommend them to anyone. They will be back in October to bury my electrical lines and next Spring to complete some out door lighting in the front of our home. I have shared their link on my Facebook page. Thanks guys! Mark

They came on time and were very efficient. Got the old fixture down and changed in a matter of 15 min. They then test the light fixture and took all trash to the garage. Good work!

lowest bid out of three by far, assuming you get what you pay for, I got more than I expected. Professional, experienced and able to coordinate work with KCPL and inspectors really helped.

Great service. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and did the work with no problem. They replaced any furniture that needed to be moved and left no mess. The price was what was quoted on the phone. They also answered questions I had about other electrical items. I highly recommend them.

The original work went well and was done with no problems. More important, about nine months afterward, one of the circuits failed due to mechanical failure. Not the fault of their work. I called them, they came out and examined the problem and fixed it, No charge. They could have said it was a new problem and, therefore, a new expense. But they didn't. They did it right and replaced the failed circuit breaker. No charge. I like that.

The experience with them has been excellent! I would highly recommend them. They were courteous and qualified. I was very satisfied. The price is excellent; very fair.

I was contacted by phone soon after submitting an email request for service. They were able to come out 2 days later to look at my problems. Fortunately all my problems were easily solved without parts and they charged me the service call only. Jeremy did a great job and I was happy I didn't need any new fixtures or switches. I would use Fusion Electric again.

The boss called us to set up a time for the guys to come out to look over everything we needed addressed and done and to give an estimate at that time. The guys arrived on time and after addressing all our concerns and needs and after approval of the rough estimate they went right to work. They made sure we looked everything over and fixed anything that we had concerns about. The final bill was several hundred dollars lower than the rough estimate. They were here for roughly 5 1/2 hours and used all their own materials to install and or fix anything they found. They were very professional, personable and efficient. I was given the bill and paid it and they went on their way
