They were okay. They showed up when they were supposed to and did the work. They were polite and everything. They didn't leave a mess. They were on Angie's List and they had pretty good reviews. I was happy with their service. They were very professional and they knew what they were doing. Responsiveness was the only problem because they were supposed to get back with me on some other information and they haven’t gotten back to me yet.

No problems, waded through knee deep insulation to run the wiring.

They came on time, kept me apprized on progress and finished on time. They set the sensitivity on the motion sensor lights. I will be using them for any further electrical jobs.

Pros: Work completed as scheduled. Professional and pleasant. Found additional areas to complete and completed without being asked. Cons: I wish they would have cleaned up afterwards, but they were in a time crunch to get it done at the hourly rate.

They were prompt, cheerful & courteous; even cleaning up the debris resulting from the light drilling they had to do to install a ceiling light in the kitchen. The fixture we purchased required a different bulb than those we had on hand, but they waited a few minutes for my husband to go pick-up the correct bulbs and insure the light worked perfectly. These guys are wonderful professionals !

Fantastic job by the serviceman, garrett was great, professional, clean and would most definitely use them again.

I received a quick response back to my message and got an appointment to fit my schedule for an estimate. It says a lot that he actually wants to see the job to make an estimate versus a drive by estimate. I am not even sure how one can make an estimate for interior and exterior work by just a drive by but many contractors I contacted suggested as such. This was the only one to actually want to look at the job to make an estimate. I hope the rest of my experience is as great as this start!

7Really got my moneys worth! The electrician found the problem. Seems the company that installed the fan, licensed even, did not do it quite right. We tried replacing the GFCI, but that was not the issue. A wire shorted out behind the box and could have created a major problem, as in a fire. Not only did the repair man fix the wiring, since I had 2 hours pre-paid, he also reworked some sloppy wiring leading into the main breaker panel, so that there would be no issues with the inspection for the new owner. While my new home will be brand new, I would not hesitate to contact Fusion sometime in the future as need arises.

This company sent Ritch to provide 2 hours of professional electrical service we purchased and we found this electrician extremely easy to work with. He came in and diagnosed several problems we've been having, some for over two years with light switches and fixtures. His work was great..He got several jobs done, explained what he was doing as well discussed follow-up jobs for us to schedule. My husband and I both are retirees with mobility issues but Ritch's professionalism helped make thie whole process of showing him problems all over the house really easy. I will continue to use this company for all of our electrical needs. Really awesome job!!

Garrett is an extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable young man. He evaluated the entire house which needed to be "grounded" and have 3 part outlets installed. Also, a whole house protection service on the electrical panel. It is going to take up to 16 hours to make all the corrections and Fusion agreed to a reduced hourly rate due to the fact that the Angie's deal the were running was not really appropriate for me. They will be coming out to 2 days of full service next week and I will do a follow up review after that.

It was great as they performed the work in one day. They also pointed out some wiring that needed to be addressed as I will have them come back to perform the work.

I used an Angie's list coupon to get 2 hours of a licensed electrician's time from Fusion Electric. Jeff scheduled the visit quickly. Garrett, the electrician who performed the work, was prompt, personable, and reassuring. He had to purchase the unique supplies needed for this job, worked diligently, and did an excellent job. I only had to pay for the items he needed to buy and had already bought the $99 coupon. This was not a simple job, and Garrett was here at least two hours. I would use this company again!

Fusion was out promptly, diagnosed the problem and made repairs quickly. They spent the balance of the time purchased checking and repairing other minor issues which we were not yet even aware of - loose connections at some breakers, and at the main breaker. Also suggested 2 breakers be replaced as they were over-sized. Price was reasonable and installation was free. We will definitely use them in the future. Thanks!

I contacted Fusion Electric based on Angie's List reviews because an electric socket behind my new range had gone dead and there were problems with other sockets in the kitchen. It turned out that there was a problem with the wiring and also with the main breaker panel. It was a bigger job that I anticipated. Jason was able to troubleshoot the electrical system problem so not only did my new range work, his work prevented some other problems that would have occurred because the breakers were overheating.

Jeff responded in less than 24 hrs to an email request for an estimate. Estimate was offered on site, scheduled without hesitation based on my schedule and Courtney was helpful in offering tips as to where and what kind of outlets could best be utilized in the space. Completion of project was done on time, work was professionally done and we anticipate using Fusion again this spring for an outdoor project. We would highly recommend them

I had a screened-in porch which is being converted into a bedroom/laundry room, and all the electrical work (including the washer/dryer setup) was completed by Fusion. I also am converted my unfinished basement into a finished apartment, and the guys have performed all the electrical so far...and I plan to have them finish all the remaining electrical work throughout my house.

Overall the service was basically perfect - zero complaints. Jeff was exceptionally pleasant to talk to and do business with. And Garret, the service technician, was excellent all-around. He had a great attitude from the start and maintained a great attitude even when he encountered multiple difficulties with the older home. I was totally satisfied with the whole service process and the with the results of the performed work.

Everything went very well from start to finish. I called Jeff and he was able to meet with me to provide an estimate for the work I was requesting. After he looked at what I needed completed, he provided the estimate to me in a rather short time. I was pleased with the estimate and decided to have the work completed. Both workmen arrived on the scheduled date and were very friendly and courteous. It took them most of the day to complete the work of which I was informed when I set up the appointment. They even looked at a problem I had with my dryer and subsequently fixed it quickly for a small nominal fee. They also cleaned up after the work was completed.

Jeff contacted me on the same day I sent an electronic message to him through Agnie's List. Jason came to my home a couple of days later. Jason was polite and knowledgeable. His work was excellent. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use Fusion Electric again.

Jeff was great. Saved hundreds over other bids and got great service, communication, and work. Jeff was up front about possible locations for the new meter and let me know what KCPL might allow and why. Gave recommendations. New panel looks great. 10 days later still waiting on KCPL to show up and make the new connection, while Jeff was able to get us scheduled and completed in a matter of days (if only every job went this smoothly). Very happy to know exactly who we will call for any future electrical needs.

Admittedly, our job was small. I cut my teeth on constructions sites, so I understand a small job can be somewhat inconvenient. Several other electricians on Angie's list wouldn't work with me. We worked out a time before the workday that was convenient for both of us. I plan to rewire two bathrooms, a gazebo, man cave, and add an additional box to the house by 2014. Guess who I will offer the job to first?

The young lady was so helpful that they didn't even have to make a visit. The suggestion she gave me fixed the problem. It was very helpful.

We went back and forth a bit about what fixtures would work best for our needs, then we waited a bit for them to get ordered, but once Fusion showed up to do the work they knocked it all out in one day. No problems, very personable & professional. Will hire again. We are very happy.
