Jason was on time, personable and professional. He even ran to the hardware store to get some additional supplies to be able to do the job right. I would definitely use Fusion again.

The electrician was on time, did exactly what we needed, gave us good advice with explanations of new technology with fluorescent fixtures. We were very happy with his work.

The electrician showed up right on time and performed the service in the 110 degree attic in less than the two hours. The only charge I received was the cost of the cable. I was quite pleased with the service.

We had used Fusion Electric a while back on several occasions, but failed to review them for Angie's List. We used them after seeing them highly recommended by reviewers on Angie's List. We used them recently on 9/3/13 and just as before, they came through for us. We called them and explained the type of lighting problem we were having and asked if they could come out. We were lucky as they had an opening in their schedule on the same day we called. This time one of their workers came out, and just like before, he represented his company well by showing professionalism, knowledge of his work, and integrity. We found the worker to be very cordial. He took the time to explain to us what he thought the problem was and what he planned to do to fix it. When he was finished, he again went over the work he had done with us. He showed concern for us as customers. We will continue to call Fusion Electric for all of our electrical needs! Their fee has always been reasonable and fair.

I purchased the $99.00 deal for two hours of electrical service through Angie's List. I contacted Jeff who scheduled an appointment for a few days later. On the day of the appointment Jason arrived on time and I detailed what I needed. He made a few suggestions and then began working. He was very professional and worked steadily. He installed and wired the four 48" lights I provided. He also installed three 20 Amp circuits, 3 electric outlets along with 3 GFCIs. The installation was in an unfinished section of basement with open stud walls and ceiling. I originally asked to have a cable wire and box installed in the wall that joins the finished section of the basement. Jason said he could install the wire and box but was unable to connect it to my cable line so it would function. I decided not to have him install the line since I would have someone else come out to hook it up. After Jason finished up he prepared a bill for an additional $407.00. This included an extra one and a half hours of work along with the materials excluding the lights. I did expect to pay more than the $99.00 deal but the bill was much higher than I expected. Overall Jason was professional and did a very good job with the work he completed. I would use their services again in the future but would probably get an estimate before I schedule the work.

Extremely professional, efficient, and effective. Quickly determined what the problems were and was able to correct each and every one of them.

Purchased the 2 hours for $99 deal. I wasted $99. I wanted them to completely hook up the electric stovetop, diagnose an outlet and light that was not getting power, and install some GFCI outlets. They hooked up the stovetop but no venting of the fan. That would have taken me 10 mins, so it probably took them 5 mins. They then went to the basement and I have no idea what they did for the remaining hour and 55 minutes, because they did not diagnose the outlet/light nor install any GFCI outlets. It's obvious that the outlet and light does not have power going to it, so a wire was loose somewhere, and it would have been from 1 of 2 overhead lights. I just needed them to tell me which one it was, and shore up the connection. All they said was they didn't know what the problem was and then left after 2 hours. Complete waste of money and time.

It went very well. The technician was prompt, courteous, and informative about what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it.

Jason was professional in every aspect. He arrived as he said he would. Listened to our wish list then went to work with little to no additional help from us. Jason had all the parts and all the equipment he needed. Even bought his own step stool. Jason added to our panel providing a new 20 amp circuit with two outlets and fixed the "hubby wiring". I was amazed at the speed and quality of this work. Fusion will be our "go to" electrical folks in the future. Don't bother with any others!

The technician arrived on time and went right to work. He was very friendly and professional. Had no problems at all and was completed in the estimated amount of time. Am very pleased with the work done.

I was having issues with an outdoor refrigerator that kept causing my breaker to overload. I contacted the owner (Jeff) about this and was quickly scheduled for service the next afternoon. Jason was the technician that came onsite. He quickly identified the problem as another outlet on the same breaker had a cut in the line that was causing it to short-out. Jason replaced the line and installed a new outlet. Overall, the experience was great. I got a very professional technician that came onsite within 24 hours of my initial call and was able to quickly identify/repair the problem for a very fair price. I will definitely use Fusion Electric again and will be recommending them to my friends.

It went great overall. All work was completed efficiently, and with Fusion I never have to worry about the quality of work. Even with old houses and difficult fixtures the Fusion guys always get the job done the way I need it done.

Very well. Problem was diagnosed quickly and accurately followed by timely repairs.

I e-mailed a service request Monday morning, and was contacted that day to set up a preferred time on Tuesday. Jason arrived promptly and repaired the outlet and pig-tailed the aluminum wiring. Jason had repaired some other outlets on June 25th. I was impressed with his professionalism on both occasions, and plan to use Fusion to do some future work.

I got a great deal on the labor via an Angies List "Big Deal". The service provided was prompt and he handled all of my requests.

I would have hired Jeff, but my regular electrician, originally too busy to do the work, became freed up.

He was very pleasant, competent and professional. We were so impressed with his work that we had him come back and work on a number of other electrical projects we had. We highly recommend Fusion Electric for any eletrical work you may have.
