Fusion Electric

They aren’t cheap, but they were very professional.

I called Fusion Electric for emergency services to move electrical wiring. The wiring issue was discovered during the replacement of a patio door. After the old patio door was removed, the installer discovered that electrical wiring from an outside light was exposed and had to be moved before he could install the new door. Since it was very cold outside and I had a big hole in my wall, I needed an electrician immediately. I called Fusion Electric and described the problem to them. They sent someone to my home about one hour after I called and the work was completed about 2 hours after the electrician arrived. I was very impressed that they responded so quickly to my call. This is the second time I have used Fusion Electric and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were very fast getting to my home. Garrett explained what he was doing and why. Very polite. I would use them again.

Installed 2 outlets in unfinished basement. Very professional work, but feels overpriced for less than 2 hours of work. Quote was provided as fixed fee, not an hourly rate.

One electric switch was repaired and an outside electric outlet was replaced. An electric switch and a light fixture were added in the basement. The technician was very professional. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself when he was done. I would recommend them and will probably use them in the future.

I bought the $49 big deal for the service call and one hour so I could have the ceiling light fixture installed. Electrician asked if I had any other concerns and then I presented my list. He was able to give me an estimate on everything and proceed with finishing all the work that I had been saving up over the years. I was very pleased with the finished product and professionalism.

Overall it went well. I always use fusion and will continue to use them for electrical work on my properties and would always suggest them to my clients. This time the service guy did very high-quality work (see above for the specific services) and he did so efficiently. Only drawbacks with this experience - he didn't seem to carry a great attitude like all the other Fusion guys and he didn't fully cleanup. But overall the work is great and I continue to recommend Fusion for any type of electrical work.

Fusion Electric's visit went very well and we were very happy with the results. We had previously been quoted over four times what Fusion charged to do the same work. And in previous estimates, we had been told that the bathroom fan needed to be completely replaced. Fusion was able to make it work fairly quickly and we didn't have to buy a new one. Same with our deck lights outside. We'd been told that we needed major work done but Fusion showed how simple it was to get the lights to work. Basically he had to trip a GFI outlet, change light bulbs and set a timer. The technicial Rich explained everything he did. We'll definitely have them back and I'll ask to have technician Rich. He really knew what he was doing.

Provider was prompt, efficient, courteous and very personable. He patiently and methodologically traced the source of our problem and fixed it. He also with no sales pressure helped me see the benefit of having a whole house surge protector installed at what seemed to be a fair out-of-pocket additional cost.

We interviewed two electrical contractors off Angies List. Both were punctual and professional. We chose Fusion as they gave a little lower bid. Garrett was friendly and professional, arriving when he said he would and completing the work in a timely fashion. Garret gave us a written item by item estimate and explained everything we needed and why. After he started work, we added a couple of items,( adding a sensor switch, and rewiring the outlet for the microwave). He told us what the additional items would cost. We absolutely had to have our 50 year old breaker box replaced, and some items divided to their own circuits. Garret pointed out that our grounding needed updating to within current code. We had them wire in outlets dedicated to a freezer and fridge for the basement, and an outlet just for power tools. All of this stuff has been needed for many years. We were thrilled with the results. Garret arrived on time, let us know when and how long the power would be off, was friendly and got the work done in the time frame he estimated. I know it is likely standard procedure, but we really appreciated that Garrett and Jeff carefully went through the house and made sure all the circuits on the panel were labeled so we don't have to play games when we need to turn off a circuit for some reason. My husband is quite knowledgeable about the breaker box and all things electric, but I'm not. Garrett was very patient with me when I asked questions and wanted to know how to turn off all the electric if necessary. One reason we had put this work off for so long was that we did not know who to have do it. Now we have an electrician and won't hesitate to have Fusion work for us again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $99 for electrical work. I called and set the appointment. The two men came to the house and removed the ceiling fan in our master bedroom and replaced it with a light fixture. They did great work and were careful as we just had the room painted.

Technician came by to see what was needed, went to purchase them, returned and fixed everything. All lights are working as intended. Only negative was his not putting on booties when he entered, which did result in tracking in some dirt - so professionalism rating was dinged.

It went very well. The electrician answer all my questions and made suggestions of what would be best for my circumstances. He was very quick and precise.

It went really well with Fusion Electric. They were good. It was kind of difficult what I asked them to do but they did a good job.

The service was wonderful. I was able to get all of my list checked off and plan to have them back to replace some overhead fixtures.

I was satisfied with the work done. I had a number of things to get fixed and the electrician was willing to tackle them all.

Great service and job well done. The electrician, Garrett, was very professional, helpful and competent. I would use this company again as my go to electrician.

We paid $100 but were told our request could not be completed that day since the light fixtures weren't up to code. We were not allowed to apply the $100 to the follow up appointment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out well. I had used them before and they were good. There was some confusion on the fine print. They wouldn't allow me to use it on the project I wanted. The only thing they offered me was to take $99 off the estimated price. I would recommend them and I will probably use them again because when the guy came out to do the work, he just didn't do the work, he actually showed me some tips. He showed me ways to prevent them from having to come out to do corrections.

They showed up on time and were very professional. The guy that came out did a very good job. I will be using them in the future.
