The quality of the selection was very good. I have heard about it through other people that they were reasonable in their prices and I thought it was very beneficial. I ended up getting glasses there and I like them. They have people there to help you and I just think the product is a nice product. They have a lot of different eye frames to choose from and I think they give you a fair price.

It was fine. Their prices were good. Their optometrist is good and we didn't have any problems.

The only thing that would be helpful is if the audiologist could perform that service on site, especially for a very elderly person. We have rescheduled the appointment.

Can't beat Costco for tires! Replaced all 4 tires with new tires at a price 200 less than the next competitor in town. The replacement included tire rotations for the life of the tire along with nitrogen filled tires. Staff was busy and the lines are long but it's worth the wait.

I think Costco Wholesale Warehouse offer fair prices for a good product, there's ease of getting in and out, and I can do other shopping because there are other things there. It's a store environment which is fine with me. The technician had excellent bedside manner.

I am 65 and I spent 23 years in the military being around artillery and tanks. I have lost quite bit of hearing, but these are phenomenal. They are blue tooth, so you can play your iphone when you are wearing them. You can't see them, they go in your ear and you can make a phone call from them. I love this stuff. The person that does the testing was terrific. She explained everything to me, suggested several different hearing aids so that it fit exactly. I received them very quickly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I am not real happy with the eye care. The glasses were sort of cheap. The services were okay. You didn't have much of a choice and they were so cheap and they didn't last long. I would not use them again.

The testing at Costco Wholesale Warehouse was different than the testing I've had for other hearing aids. Much more in depth, and they explained everything to me that was going on with my hearing. I had 23 years in the military and I know I've lost a lot of hearing. They explained to me and showed me the charts of how this came out and how that came out. They went through the whole explanation and they were excellent. The hearing aids I got, you can hook them up to your phone; you can play music through it because they are Bluetooth! They are phenomenal, and when they are in your ear you can't see them!

Costco is always professional and their contact lens prices are great.

It was a good experience. I went ahead and ordered my eye glasses and I picked them up on 3/14/13. I was glad I went.

Arrived in the morning and it took over 3 hours to get the tire on the car due to the long wait but I could see that the employees were also not in a hurry to finish either. I've been to much better place but also have been to much worst. Would have liked it better if the employees were more customer service focused.

Our experience went very smoothly. One of the technicians helped us pick out the right tires for safety and durability. They had a coupon for Michelin tires that had just started that day, which we didn't know about when we walked in. The Costco Tire Center is usually really busy when a coupon is running, but we were lucky and didn't have to wait at all----we just did some shopping (which we intended to do anyway) and they were done with the tires before we were finished shopping. I don't even shop around for tires anymore because Costco service is so good----you get free tire rotation and balancing, free air pressure checks (they use Nitrogen air which lasts longer), and free flat tire repair. We've had tire service done at other places and they charge about $20 for each tire rotation and about the same for flat repair. It all adds up, so Costco tires are a great deal!

Costco optical employees are well-trained and make the selection and purchase process pretty painless. I was overwhelmed by the selection of frames, but Amori helped me select both regular glasses and sunglasses frames in a matter of 5-10 minutes, and I'm very happy with both. The prices are great and Costco now participates in the VSP insurance plan, making the final price even better. The fit is just right and I didn't have to go back for any adjustments. The hours are very convenient if you need an emergency fix, though. They even worked on a pair glasses that weren't purchased there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The facility is phenomenal, as nice as some hotels. The staff was wonderful, and care was outstanding. I was completely satisfied with their services.

I felt that the pricing was reasonable. The job went pretty well. The only thing that I didn't like was that their price didn't include front end alignment. They had me drive about 5 miles with the new tires, and then comeback to tighten the bolts to make sure they are on right.

Costco's price and the tires they had in stock were why I chose them. They had a specific tire that I wanted. They give you free rotation for life.

The mattress was cheap. We just wanted a simple mattress and it was the best value we could find. We use Costco a lot for other things. I would definitely recommend them.

I am not a member there but my brother is, so he lets me use his membership to buy stuff there. I shopped around quite about on the phone and the paper. I found one that suited me price wise and feature wise. I found one there, and bought it and took it home. I think the price I paid for it was fair. They don't have a lot of sales people there at the store. I would use them again.

I called a few days ahead of time to determine which tires we wanted, what the prices were, and whether or not they were in stock. I dropped the van off. The service provider was not overly friendly, but he was fine. He quickly set up my job in the computer, located the tires, and gave me the paperwork. He was very accurate in his estimate of how long the job would take . . . approximately two hours. They called me when it was completed. When I returned to pick up the van, someone quickly came to the front to return the keys and paperwork to me. They had already bagged the old tires and loaded them into the back of the van for me.

Great value since they include road hazard, don't hide in additional charges such as stem fees and mounting. They back up what they sell.

I'M A BIG COSTCO FAN, BUT I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE A MAJOR APPLIANCE FROM THEM AGAIN, AND I WOULD NEVER HAVE COSTCO DELIVER THE APPLIANCE. I PURCHASED A DRYER ONLINE FROM COSTCO BECAUSE WITH THE ADVERTISED $100 REBATE, THE PRICE WAS GREAT. THEN THE PROBLEMS BEGAN. FIRST, I COULDN'T GET THE REBATE UNTIL AFTER DELIVERY. SECOND, IT TOOK OVER TWO WEEKS (A LONG TIME TO BE DRYERLESS WHEN YOU HAVE A BABY) FOR DELIVERY. THIRD, ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY, ONE LONE GUY SHOWED UP TO HAUL AWAY MY OLD DRYER and INSTALL THE NEW! HE WAS AT MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT THREE HOURS, AND I PLAYED A MAJOR ROLE IN GETTING THE OLD DRYER UNINSTALLED and UP THE STAIRS. HE INSISTED THAT THE NEW DRYER WOULDN'T FIT, AND I HAD TO GUIDE HIM THROUGH THE PROCESS, NOT TO MENTION DOING MY SHARE OF HEAVY LIFTING ON THE STAIRS. FOURTH, WHEN I TRIED TO GET THE REBATE, THEY INSISTED THAT THE REBATE WAS ONLY $20. IT TOOK SEVERAL EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS TO GET MY $100. NEXT TIME, I'LL STICK WITH SEARS FOR MY APPLIANCES.

DUE TO AN ACCIDENT, WE NEEDED TO GET TWO TIRES REPLACED. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION, ALL FOUR TIRED NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND DIRECTED ME TO BETTER VALUE TIRES, THAN WHAT I WAS INITIALLY LOOKING AT.
