He actually stopped showing up altogether. The work he did was terrible: I paid in advance but never received a receipt, and he failed to waterproof my floors and shower. The quality was so poor that I had to hire different contractors to finish the job, which ended up costing me more to fix his shoddy work. The tiles were uneven and not level; he cut corners by neglecting to tile behind the sink. Save yourself the headache and money?hire a more reputable company."

All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
