Pat responded to my bid inquiry promptly and offered to do the job on the weekend before our Monday scheduled range delivery. He was on time, efficient and left the job site clean. Once our range was delivered it turned out the range wouldn't go back all the way to the wall due to the outlet placement and the new range's clearance (the old range cleared the outlet he installed). When we informed Pat of our problem he offered to come out the very next day and move the outlet to make things work. I appreciate his professionalism and promptness. I would and have recommended Pat to a friend for their electrical needs.

Pat was great, from the first time we met him to the entire time my husband worked with him. He was on time and easy to work with on scheduling. It was also wonderful to have a contractor willing to work with their customers to teach them some of the work, and/or to give advice. The end result looks great, we totally trusted him and will definitely hire him again!

I called Ryan Electric to install junction boxes in my master bathroom. I was impressed with the wonderful comments his previous customers had made on Angie's list. I had to leave a message telling Mr. Ryan what I wanted. He returned my call the same day and in our conversation I told him that I had already tried several different methods of installing the junction boxes myself. I had already cut a circular hole for the first install only to find a pipe behind the sheetrock! He told me what to do over the phone and said if I had any other questions that I could call back or if I decided to just let him do the job he would be glad to come out. I was impressed!! Two days later I got a call from Mr. Ryan asking if I had gotten the boxes installed and the light fixtures up. He was just checking to see if I needed more assistance. Now I am REALLY impressed. You don't find people like him now a days. What integrity! I have told all my friends and neighbors about him and as far as I am concerned, he will be the one I call for all of my electrical needs. The guys were great. They came when they were expected and did a top-notch job. Trust them with your keys and pets. They made no mess and were extremely flexible. I will use them again.

Ryan was the upmost professional! I sent him an e-mail to get a bid which was answered promptly. He spelled out the various options I had based on the existing wiring or if he needed to run new wires along with the pricing. He was able to come out the next day and when he saw that he was going to be 5 minutes late, he called to let me know. He was very quick and extremely polite. He installed a 2-part dimmer switch where one side controls the fan and the other is the light switch. He didn't have to cut any new holes in the wall to accomodate a bigger switchplate as it was the same size as the original. He did a very thorough job cleaning up when he was done and put everything back in its place; you honestly didn't know he was ever there! He is definately the one we will call if we ever need an electrician again.

Needed someone right away, as the bathroom switch appeared to be overheating. The switch wasn't working, and needed to be replaced. I think he came out the same day I called, or at least by the following day (4 months later, I'm not certain). He knew what he was doing, and fixed the problem with no hitches. Very nice to deal with. I will definitely hire him again for the next electrical work I want done.

It was perfect, no problems at all. We need to have some fixtures replaced and will be contacting them to do it. Reasonablly priced, clean, quick.

I loved being able to email my problem and get a price quote. Then we set up the appointment through email. He arrived on time and worked steadily till finished. He charged me less than the original quote.

Very happy with the experience. Because I had a detailed list to work from, Pat Ryan was able to provide a rough estimate over the phone and give me a good idea of what to expect. Pat is FAST at repairs. He had one outlet switched out before I even realized that he had started it. He did end up needing to run wire from the main panel to our sub panel, which still didn't take very long. My husband did pitch in as an extra set of hands a few times, which was just fine with us because it helped get the job done faster. Very happy with his service.

Pat Ryan made a prompt response to our inquiry about upgrading our electrical panel and suggested internet research to confirm problems he remembered regarding our existing equipment. We reviewed reports indicating that our electrical panel was known for burning up circuit breakers. Apparently it had been recalled by the manufacturer. Pat offered the information in an accommodating way without using it to his advantage. In a subsequent telephone conversation he recited the typical cost for the work we needed and offered to provide a written estimate. We ordered the work based on time and materials. Our confidence in doing this came from our interaction with him and our review of earlier Angie's List reports. We were confident that he would charge us fairly. We were not disappointed. He arrived at the agreed time and completed the work promptly. Pat does quality work and his attitude is what one always hopes for.

Great, he called back in a timely fashion following my e-mail and he was here in two days to fix the problem. He arrived on time and did what we asked him to do. I was pleased with his service.

Pat was a pleasure to work with. He was professional and attentive. He came out on a Sunday, gave us a bid, and called us back after a week to check out what we thought. We went with his bid considering it was far below any we'd had so far and he had an "A" on Angie's List. Work was scheduled one week out. I had a little problem with time management that he worked with brilliantly. (waiting outside patiently) He and Travis came in, started the work, ran into a tiny glitch (fixed it quickly and effectively) and had all the lights installed on seperate switches (pendant vs can lights) in less than 4 hours. I am already eyeing all the 20 year old lights in my house that I want him to replace next.

The men from Ryan Electric seemed very knowledgeable and worked quickly to fix our electrical problem. We were very pleased with their work. Mr. Ryan called the following day to check to see if all was functioning well. We will definitely contact them if we need electrical help in the future and highly recommend them. It is nice to know we have good electrical help in Lenexa, KS, where we live.

Pat is a complete professional. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He fixed our electrical problem and everything works great. He worked very fast and cleaned up everything. One of the best contractors I have every used.

He was great! The first time he came on a short notice in the evening . He found a cheaper way of doing the repairs without having to re-run the wires. He installed the fan and light when he said he would. They solved a problem that I've had for a couple of years with a staple in a wire. He brought someone out with him as well and didn't charge extra for his work either.

Mike responded to a request for an estimate in a very timely manner, and his quote was substantially lower than others. He was able to perform the work on the requested date, arrived on time, and was extremely cooperative, patient and flexible in working with other contractors on site. He coordinated all the work with KCP&L. When the power company suspended the service, Mike went out of his way in attemting to arrange temporary service for another contractor. He was a steadying influence in a chaotic day.

Pat was wonderful to work with. He answered my call right away and was able to come over the following day. The work only took an hour and he was very professional.

We called Pat at about 8:30 PM and left a message. He returned our call later that evening. Pat came out the next day (earlier than he anticipated), diagnosed the problem as a short in the wiring within our wall, ran new wiring and overall did great work. We will definitely call Pat again if we have electical needs in the future.

My repair involved a rental house that has had multiple electrical issues in the past, and my worst fear was that it would require a total rewire, which would be very costly. Pat Ryan, the electrician and owner of this company assessed that the wiring was fine and not a fire hazard. He asked me my plans for the house, and proposed a logical plan that specifically suited my needs for this house; this plan involved less cost for me and I was very impressed he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He was very professional, timely and friendly, and fixed everything efficiently. I would highly recommend Pat for any of your electrical needs, and will plan to use him in the future.
