When a tree in my backyard fell on some wires and left me without power, I didn't realize it would take me a month to get back to normal. There were so many moving parts to the repairs, I would've been sunk had it not been for Matt at Ryan electric. He went above and beyond, handling communications between me and Evergy, getting a permit from the city, taking time out of his weekend to keep me updated, etc. He even reset the clock on the oven for me when he had to cut power - that level of attention to detail is unheard of. I knew from the start that these guys had my back, and that they would make every concerted effort to make sure the job was done in the budget I needed, and that it was done correctly. Thank you SO much for all your help! 100% would recommend.

The guys did a great job! Had a circuit that went dead on one electrical breaker of our house. Quick, honest, and very pleased. Will definitely reach out to this company again with any of our electrical needs.

I have hired Ryan Electric multiple times for everything from adding a ceiling fan box, to changing out lighting to troubleshooting an outlet. They are even coming out next week to add new outlets in my garage! Every time Matt has come out he has given me spot on estimates and a couple of times it was below the estimate due to the job not taking nearly as long as he originally thought. I will continue to hire Ryan Electric for any further electrical work I need due to their customer service, upfront and fair pricing, and professional installations.

We were pleased with their work and added to their scope of work several times as we remodeled our home. Matt Davis, the master electrician who led the effort, had several ideas we liked that improved the electrical functionality of our home. Fantastic. Matt and his helpers were professional yet personable, efficient, careful with our house by covering things and cleaning up each job as they went along. Matt had helpful suggestions and ideas on how to use the best equipment to satisfy our needs. He replaced old hot wired smoke detectors with new hot wired carbon monoxide/smoke detectors which put us up to code. When he saw how dark our big closet was he asked us if we would want a motion sensor can light in the closet. We love it. We hadn't even thought about that! Matt put dimmers in several places because my husband likes subdued lighting and I like bright lighting. Ryan Electric's work in our house has really added value, beauty and we enjoy spending more time here now.

Highly recommend. We chose Ryan based on Angie's list reviews and they were spot on. Kathy was great to work with and set up an appointment. Worked with Trevor who came and evaluated the work and we scheduled it for a week later. Trevor and Bradley showed up on time. They did good work and were pleasant to work with. They completed the job in less time than estimated and cleaned up everything. Price was reasonable. Work included running a new line from the breaker box to a subpanel in the basement. Also added a few extra recessed LED lights in the family room.

Everything went well. Pat Ryan and his assistant Bradley performed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Final cost came in under the estimate Pat had given me initially. I also appreciated there was no attempt to upsell me on additional work even though it was probably apparent electrical wiring through out the house needs updating. Additionally Pat was prompt in answering all my emails regarding scheduling of this project .

They arrived when they said they would, finished the job when they said they would. Owner was on site overseeing the job that was done in one day. Everyone was polite, professional and got the job done by mid afternoon. Pat Ryan made the process leading up to the work being done working with BPU a breeze for us. We would definitely use Ryan Electric again and will refer them on to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and professional electrician.

They were able to get to do the jobs needed before the original appointment. They did 90% of the work the first day they were there. They had to come back to finish a couple of things because of other work needed to be completed before they could finish theirs. If and or when I need electrical work done they will be the ones I will call!
