Very thorough job and cleaned up when job was completed.

The promptness on acknowledging the purchase and scheduling the work could not have been better. Within a few hours of submitting my payment, the company called. Unfortunately, the original appointment had to be rescheduled, but that did not present any real problems. I was more than happy to reschedule. On the day of the second appointment, the technician called to find out if he could come early, which suited my schedule nicely. I especially appreciated receiving an email a few days before the appointment that contained the technician's contact information and picture. The technician was professional and got right to work. He didn't seem to be in a hurry, nor did he waste any time. I didn't assign an "A" because of a couple of reasons. It bothered me that while the technician was poking a screwdriver in the panel box to, I think, push back some of the wires, it sparked and gave the gentleman a jolt. He couldn't find any gouge in any of the wires, but wrapped electrical tape around one of the wires anyway. I guess I should have asked more questions, but I wasn't sure what to think, let alone know what to ask. And the special was to include inspection and cleaning of the fuse box. The technician said it looked like it was in good shape. Again, I'm not sure what the "inspection" was supposed to cover. Other than that episode, the installation seemed to go smoothly. The other thing that bothered could be just a matter of my not knowing how much a surge protector costs, but the item and installation seemed to be pretty straightforward so I'm not sure why the cost was so high. At least, it seemed high to me. I know my comments appear to be pretty negative and yet the grade pretty high. I attribute a lot of that to my lack of knowledge on these matters and I didn't ask enough questions. I will seriously consider using this company in the future.

Very fast service, professional and reasonably priced. He presented all my options and then we chose the one that worked the best. I would recommend for anyone needing electrical service of any type.

Very pleased with the installer and installation. Only disappointment was that the offer stated electrical panel inspection, cleaning and surge protector. Service was pretty much installation only - no inspection or cleaning.

Went exceptionally well. We had HVAC provider at our old home whose services were ok, but there pricing seemed to be out of line with the services performed. We moved into this home and decided to utilize a new HVAC service provider. I found MVP on Angies List. They were prompt, the technician was knowledgeable. He asked what we would like to have done and checked. Additionally, he did me the age of our unit and let us know that although everything looked well and was running well, we should plan to it replaced within the next 1-2 years. He was not trying to sell us a new unit or pressure us into anything, just a be aware that our unit was at its maximum life expectancy. Additionally, the technician did a very thorough and complete job cleaning and testing our AC unit. We appreciate the great and honest service.

The service man arrived to do the installation. He brought in all of his equipment and wanted to see the electrical box, to know if there is an attic and if there was a separate switch for the fan in the second bathroom. He surveyed both bathrooms and began in the bath with the fan without a light. He then went about getting his equipment and the replacement fan to install. The installation for the one fan was smooth and uneventful. An hour or so later he finished the one install and went again to look at the second bathroom to see what was need and the alternatives that might be available. We discussed possibilities and he examined the switch. all together he was here for about 2.5 hours. One fan installed and the second under study.

It went great! The were on time, did the job in less than 2 hours, they were very kind and professional.

I purchased an Angie's List special of a new bathroom exhaust fan with installation. My fan died right before the special expired. I purchased the service and thought I'd call them the next day to set up an appointment. I didn't need to! Within an hour Amy called to set up an appointment! I was so surprised and very impressed! We set up the appointment for the next week. She even called the day before the appointment to remind me. Plus, I got an e-mail with the technician's Bio, including a picture! I have to say that this is the first. Being a single female, I was pleased to know what the technician looked like before he showed up at my door. The technician, Andy, was running late, but he called prior to his scheduled arrival time to let me know he was running late. This wasn't an issue for me since I always plan for it since there's no way for a technician to know what to expect before arriving at a job site. Even though he was running late, he arrived very close to the scheduled time. I think my install was a difficult one because it was in the attic and in an area that was difficult to reach. He was able to install the exhaust fan and clean up in a short amount of time. I am very pleased with every aspect of the installation! I'm already planning on having another service (and they offer quite a few) performed by them!

They did very well. The owner came out to inspect and gave us some estimate and gave us a date. The project was completed on time. I was satisfied with their job. The price seems reasonable to me. Everything was on time. We will use them again in the future.

Called MVP Electric, Heating & Cooling to install 4 motion detector lights. Had to call them because one was not working and they came out and replaced it. The gentleman had to come back several times to get the sensor set to the correct setting that I wanted. He did a great job on the installation and the return service calls.

Furnace Inspection, Tune-Up and Cleaning part of the $49.00 deal. Also inspected humidifier and cleaned out and if I remember right replaced filter for approx. $60.00. Went great.

Pleasurable experience. On-time, quality service, quick,clean and no attempt to up-sell. Highly recommend and will use again.

We were so impressed we had them do more work. They were fantastic. showed up on time, prices were good, quality was good and he exceeded our expectations by a mile.

Both appointments went really well, they were on-time and very professional, and they will give you an estimate before they do any work and that is the price that they charged us. They are always extremely friendly and helpful when we call. We actually just cancelled our latest appointment because we discovered that our issue was a bad box of bulbs, but we have some upcoming work that will need to be done and we will definitely be using MVP. They might be a little more expensive than the average place you can find, but they are above average!

Over what seemed the hottest weekend of July, my air conditioner broke. MVP scheduled me quickly and came out. The service was performed quickly and the air conditioner worked better than ever. They were a lifesaver.

It wasn't until during the night that we realized it wasn't working. I started calling places first thing the next morning and spoke to someone in the office, she was extremely helpful, explained that although they couldn't give me a set time for an appt that they would be happy to get me on the list and someone would fit me in. They were at the house around mid-day, took about 10 minutes and had diagnosed the issue as a bad wire, fixed it and we were cooling off in not time. They also did a tune-up for me, which was at a great price since I am an Angie's member. Overall, I had low expectations...and high expectations of a much larger bill and was happy on both accounts.

The MVP rep checked the AC system in my house including cleaning of the outside compressor. He was very professional, on time and very courteous. I have used this company in the past at a rental house that I own and have been very happy with their services.

Impressive in Quality, Competence, thorough explanations as analysis/work performed, and expert problem solving. MVP Used excellent products, and Todd's workmanship on all connections (approx 100) was especially noteworthy. Best Value bid, and bid kept despite added hours. No complaints about overtime in troubleshooting during first visit (despite 7:30 completion) -- emphasis was safety, finding the problem, and fixing it. On second visit worked straight for 6 hours -- never rushing -- steady and consistently competent performance and work product. Outstanding results. Not only is the sub-panel performing perfectly, but long-standing problems were also addressed and fixed. No up-selling -- performs perfectly as promised, and then some. Rock Solid company. Scheduler was prompt in contact. Same day troubleshooting was exceptional -- as it was not a house shutdown, or health danger involved. Courteous, and meticulous clean-up Most appreciated. will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

They were very personable, prompt and did a good work.

The service was excellent. They were very professional and installed a quality whole home humidifier. The price for the unit was ~$200 retail, so I found that charging for removal of the old unit and installation of the new one for $250 was a little much but I'd rather spend a little more and get the job done right the first time.
