Scott Senko was my electrician and he was excellent. I recommend asking for him by name; he is that good! I purchased $225 worth of services for $98.00. MPV called to the confirm the Monday 8am appointment on Friday afternoon and Scott provided a courtesy call about a half hour before he came to reconfirm which I appreciated. He was courteous and professional. He went right to work confirming what I wanted done and immediately began to troubleshoot the problems; explaining to me what he found as he proceeded. I had previously purchased the doorbell chime and Scott removed the old one and installed the new one. Since the new one was smaller, he offered to paint the newly exposed part of the wall. Once I located the paint and some sandpaper he sanded the area and painted it. I was pleased he pointed it out let alone actually doing the work for me! By the way, no extra charge. Then he tackled my second mystery of the two light switches and either end of a hallway for recessed ceiling lights and the switches which only worked intermittently. He went to the hardware store to purchase new switches and new matching switch plates and came back and installed them. By the way, no extra charge. He also evaluated my home theater system and gave me a very good bid on running speaker wires underneath the floor and installing and antenna in the attic. He additionally checked some items in the basement at my request and provided some suggestions and a bid for those services. Scott is very conscientious and his work is well organized, neat and clean. MVP and Scott more than honored my Angie's List deal. I am extremely happy with the service and the results and I will call on Scott again for additional work.

Dan was early for the appointment. He was professional, courteous, personable and went about his job immediately. He explained what he did and would have his company back for any servicing needed

Todd assessed the situation and got a fix for it almost immediately - the work was done in no time and now the very irritating problem is a thing of the past ... With the credit I got for The Deal of the day I purchased it made it an even better deal !

Needed ductwork installed for a range hood that was being vented to the outside. Called MVP and they scheduled an appointment. I received a call the day of the appointment to re-schedule. Second appointment they showed up looked at the space...said that they would consult with another member of their staff and call me back. That's the last I heard of them.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. It was a good experience. I paid a little extra, I knew when I bought that deal, I knew it was going to be expensive, because I don't have an attic. The guy got a new unit, and came back and installed it. He said down and in the interest of transparency, he showed me what he paid for, and the cost of the unit, and so we talked about it and decided it would be fair to pay the difference. He went beyond what he was supposed to do, and I would use him again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They came in and cleaned a couple of drains. They did a good job, but when they first came, I had purchased the big deal,because it said that the service was for x number of hours. They had some problems with how they had set the coupon up in the first place, and they really wanted it to be just one item. I said that the coupon was for x amount of service based on 4 hours. I had them clean several drains and they honored it. When I pointed it out, they called their supervisor and said they had to honor it. They called me, after I bought the big deal, and they came out within 48 hours. I was impressed with that. They are very responsive, and they did good work.

It turned out great! They came out about a week after I purchased the deal. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

We used an Angie's List "Big Deal". It took a few scheduled appointments to get everything done: one to check details on the existing unit, another to begin work (only to quickly realize that they needed to get a different coil), then a 3rd visit to install everything. I wasn't in a hurry since our existing unit was still functioning, so I was fine with how it all worked out. I was pleased with their work and their professionalism. Will certainly keep them in mind for future work.

Service provider was very courteous. He did the work both inside and outside then explained it all to me. He also answered a few questions I had. He was at our home a little less than an hour.

I had originally scheduled the 1st visit several weeks before, but I work very unusual hours. So I have very limited window for a service tech to come to my home. As a result when the technician finally called to tell me he was on the way, I had to advise him that we would have to reschedule. He was very apologetic and concerned about keeping me waiting. I then rescheduled, the technician was very prompt and very professional. He solved a problem I was having with air flow in my kitchen. He was very thorough and efficient. As well as clearly explaining to me some things I can do to help prolong the life of my old system. Overall a very nice, polite young man.

He was very good. I was very pleased with everything. I would use them again.

They missed a plug replacement. When they came back to finish the job they charged me extra. When they had dealt with my daughter earlier it had been included in the total price. I paid extra for something I should not have.

The MVP experience was positive on all levels. From the scheduler who answered the phones and scheduled the quote appointment and the install appointment, to the person who came out and gave us a quote, to the installer. Another company had told us we needed to replace the furnace unit too as it was at least 7 or 8 years old. The MVP guy told us and showed us on the heating unit that the unit was built in 2011...so only 2 years old. I also ended up buying their yearly service contract as it was cheaper than the other provider I had been using and with a company that obviously has more integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The TV installation was performed according to the Deal I purchased. The work was very nicely done, all hook-ups between the various audio and video components were made, and the area was cleaned-up after the work was done. The same two MVP guys installed the ceiling fans during the same visit. Again, very competent workmanship. These were new installations of fans in both rooms, so it was necessary to run new wiring to the ceilings of both rooms. The guest room was particularly troublesome because access to the ceiling was very constricted. They worked it out, installed both fans and again, left both rooms cleaner than when they arrived. Both fans work beautifully and are mounted securely. Should have called MVP years ago. I would highly recommend this company both for their professionalism and competence. I should also mention, the scheduling process was handled in a professional and timely manner, with confirmation calls and great communication. Thanks MVP!

They came in, told me if there's anything else done which I wasn't, they cleaned the unit, cleaned everything up and explained everything they kind of though about the unit.

Everything went fine; the workman explained how the job looked before he started and offered to upgrade some features, which I would have loved if the costs wouldn't have been so much more. Once we agreed on the final job he set to work and worked hard. The fans work beautifully and I'm glad I did it.

He did a great job. This was an investment property we had just purchased. There was about 5" of mud in the bottom of the outside A/C unit. He cleaned it out and everything works great.

Good/quality work. Coupon didn't cover much, a little pricey, but I didn't take the time to compare. The price may have been very competitive, but seemed high for the work accomplished. There was much confusion over the pricing of my options, the bid was written poorly so I had to ask many questions to iron out what the total cost for the options were to prevent surprises. The work was rescheduled by MVP once, they tried twice but I rejected the second time. The electrician arrived on time and completed the work professionally and timely.
