All of these people are employees of our company, covered by our insurance policies, and not relying on yours. We only use sub-contractors for certain concrete or roofing applications and we make sure they carry all the insurance needed for your protection. We offer free estimates. Once an agreement for our services has been reached and a contract has been signed we ask for a downpayment of 25-30% of the job total. The balance is do upon completion of the job and final approval by the customer.
