JBHS is basically a handyman service. I usually operate as one person, but hire contract labor or sub-contractors as needed. JBHS also works as a sub-contractor on residential and commercial jobs. Invoicing is usually emailed to the customer, but can also be mailed as needed. Invoices are due upon reciept unless other arrangements have been made prior to the start of the job. We are a full service home improvement company currently employing seven full time installers two part time installers three fulltime salesmen three part time sales personel. All of these people are employees of our company, covered by our insurance policies, and not relying on yours. We only use sub-contractors for certain concrete or roofing applications and we make sure they carry all the insurance needed for your protection. We offer free estimates. Once an agreement for our services has been reached and a contract has been signed we ask for a downpayment of 25-30% of the job total. The balance is do upon completion of the job and final approval by the customer.
