"I needed a new section of fence installed as posts had rotted broken at ground level. He put new posts in just fine. But when he put the pickets on he did not copy the spacing on the existing fence. His spacing was 4 inches apart instead of 2 1/2 inches. I got home and let my dogs out. They could literally walk through the pickets. I called him and told him. He would not come out for 3 days to handle. I couldn't let my dogs out of the house without putting them on a leash. When he did show up he was wanting to add a split picket to fill in the spacing. I asked him why he did not copy the existing picket spacing on the existing fence runs. He could not understand why it would matter. Then he tried to split some pickets and add these odd pieces in the 4 inch spacing. I told him that was unacceptable and I had to tell him he had to remove all pickets and redo it with 2 1/2 inches spacing. He got angry and made unnecessary comments. He did end up fixing it but was very unprofessiona"

Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."
