Keeping a clean and tidy home has been a part of my life since I can remember; my sister and I grew up helping my mom “crazy” clean the house.\n\nI have taken that into my adulthood, and have been cleaning homes of friends and families since. I also briefly worked at a hotel as a housekeeper in 2023. \n\nI currently work a full time job as a controls analyst, but would like to supplement my income. I enjoy cleaning, and love the feeling of stepping back and basking in the ambiance of neatness. \n\nI am reliable, detail oriented, and above all, a hard worker. Let me be the next one to clean your home!

I have over 30 plus years of experience in the cleaning field I have done anything from deep queens move outs make ready strip and waxing of floors high and low speed buffing bonneting shampoo and extracting of carpets I've worked at the learning stay Hospital straight out of high school for about 4 years and then I've done hotels restaurants construction sites supervised and train for DNA services in Sedgwick County a couple times with equals out to approximately 10 years and they do commercial facilities and businesses. I've done deep & general cleaning such as dusting Windows trash sweep mop vacuum, things like that. I believe you should get what you're pay for and the quality should most definitely match the quantity. It may sound crazy but I actually enjoy it for one once you complete whatever cleaning task it may be you can always tell the difference and it's so nice to look at a job well done so not only is it making the client happy it makes me happy as well.

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

The type of flooring you choose for your bedroom comes down to personal preference. Many people prefer carpet over hard-surface flooring types (such as hardwood, tile, or stone) in their bedrooms because it’s warmer and cozier. Carpeting also helps muffle sound, which may benefit those who have trouble sleeping.

On the other hand, some folks prefer the look of hardwood over carpet. People with allergies might also opt for non-carpeted flooring since carpet fibers can attract dust, dander, and other allergens.

Smaller carpet installations may take less than a day, while full-home installations can take several days. However, your carpet installation timeline will ultimately depend on a few factors, including the number of rooms you’re renovating, the project’s total square footage, and the carpet type. Installation will take longer if your carpet company needs to repair your subfloor or remove old tile flooring.

In most cases, carpeting isn’t kind to the wood that it’s attached to. Most carpet installation uses adhesive or nailing strips, both of which will damage wood. Conversely, you can choose to use an adhesive designed to be removed from wood, in which case carpeting can actually protect your hardwood stairs.

Berber is a loop pile carpet known for its strength, durability, and distinct looped look. It can be made from a number of different carpet materials, including nylon and wool. However, Berber isn’t as soft as cut pile carpet, so it isn’t the best carpet for a bedroom (although it’s a good style of carpet for living rooms).

With that said, if you really like the look of Berber, you can still install it in your bedroom—it just might not be as comfortable on your feet as cut pile carpeting.

You can expect your carpet protection to last about six months to two years. It will last longer in low-traffic areas (compared to busy areas, where your carpet experiences more wear and tear). Once the protector wears off, you’ll need to call your carpet contractor to reapply the stain protection treatment and revive your carpet
