I’m a father here in Tulsa. Usually working in film, but my dad is also getting older. So, I wanted to start thes home improvement services in Tulsa so my dad would stick around and feel comfortable with money in his pocket. Also to just give my dad things to do up here in the big city. Right now he will drive 2 hours back to his hometown to work maybe 2-3 days out of each week. He doesn’t get around like he used to. Just want him safe and happy .
"It went well. Jonathan was prompt, had good ideas to help us and worked hard. We like the finished product. Our only suggestion is to offer a price estimate ahead of time rather than discuss it after the job is finished."
"Gannon helped me unload a double stack washer from the back of my truck and get it up to my second story apartment and did it all with a great attitude. Absolutely incredible!"
"They did an amazing job putting together entertainment center hanging TVs and mirror putting handrails in each bathroom exceptional work very clean left no messes whatsoever totally satisfied with all their work would absolutely recommend their services"
Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.
While it’s possible to repair minor grill issues like replacing a burner, more serious issues are clear indicators that you need to replace the entire unit. A few signs that your gas grill may be at the end of its life span and it’s time to consider replacing it include:
Rusty or cracked firebox
Weak, yellow, or uneven flames
Flaking, cracking grates
Leaking or cracked propane hoses
Failing igniter
Heavy buildup of grease
Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.
Local codes often mandate specific fittings, permits, and vent considerations for permitted function and safety, which are enforced by professionals.
Safety precautions include proper ventilation, regular inspections for leaks, and ensuring tanks and fittings are in good condition to prevent accidental release or fire hazards.
