We are a full service home improvement company currently employing seven full time installers two part time installers three fulltime salesmen three part time sales personel. All of these people are employees of our company, covered by our insurance policies, and not relying on yours. We only use sub-contractors for certain concrete or roofing applications and we make sure they carry all the insurance needed for your protection. We offer free estimates. Once an agreement for our services has been reached and a contract has been signed we ask for a downpayment of 25-30% of the job total. The balance is do upon completion of the job and final approval by the customer.

"The windows and gutters seem o.k. The siding is very noisy and is continually popping and creaking. The noise is very annoying. The original vinyl siding made NO noise and DID NOT pop and creak. When a piece of siding blew off the house, one could see how the siding was installed. Please refer to attached photo."

Cabinets come in diverse styles, including the simple, clean-lined shaker, flat or raised panel, and inset cabinets which sit flush with the cabinet frame. Additionally, cabinets can be framed or frameless.

So, what is a frameless cabinet versus a framed cabinet? The key difference is that framed cabinets have a 1½-inch face frame affixed to the cabinet box front, with doors installed onto this frame. In contrast, frameless cabinets lack a face frame. Instead, their doors are directly mounted onto the cabinet box.

If your cabinets don’t reach the ceiling, you can extend them higher, adding visual interest, privacy, and storage space to your kitchen. Depending on the height of your ceiling, you may want to extend the structure of the cabinets and install longer doors to make each individual cabinet taller, or you could add additional cabinets above the existing ones. Either option is cheaper and easier than installing entirely new cabinets.

If your cabinet doors feel too low or too high, you may have an issue with your hinges as well. Try tightening the screws on your hinges. If that doesn’t work, you can loosen your screws on the hinges, adjust the door slightly up or down and then tighten them again.

It's possible to remove cabinets yourself. However, use caution if you perform the work without a helper to support the upper units as you detach them from each other and the wall. You may also need the assistance of a plumber and electrician to ensure that kitchen mechanicals are safely out of your way when removing cabinets.

There are a few different types of paints that you can use on cabinets—latex, acrylic, and oil-based. Most cabinet painters choose latex, but acrylic paints are also a great choice. In addition to the type of paint, you also need to select a finish. Matte finishes tend to be less durable, whereas semi-gloss or high-gloss options are better for highly-used cabinets. 

It’s important to note that regular wall paint does not adhere to cabinets correctly—you’ll need cabinet-specific paint.
