"Gary McKinney came to give an estimate the day after I called, was very helpful and professional. His bid was less than half that of the first company I contacted. He was there three days later to dig up and replace the colapsed line. If it weren't for the line of dirt down my yard where grass had once been, I never would have known he was there (I was at work when he repaired the line). If there was any mess made, it was cleaned up. And the plumbing works perfect now. I would definitely recommend Gary McKinney to everyone I know."

Joe came in, inspected the sink to determine how to resolve my issue, took out the tool (snake apparatus) to clear the sink, and departed my premises within 15 minutes. The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price. It was a special so it was not their normal price. It looks good."
