Perfect. Was running late from fist appointment, but office called before to let me know and to ask if I still wanted them to come or pick another time. Choose to wait. It was only an hour difference and appreciated the call before I had to.

They did a great job. They were prompt and professional. They are also reasonably priced. I always use Ashpaugh for any electrical work I have. I would recommend them to anyone.

The workers were very careful, fast, professional, and clean. It doesn't even look like work was done to the outside of the house, where they changed the service coming in. Everything was great.

It took two trips to get done what I wanted.

They did great work. Everyone showed up when they were suppose to and the final price was exactly what was listed on the estimate. The work looks good and they cleaned up after they were done. Calls were returned quickly, estimate given quickly, started work days after signing contract. I asked that no additional holes be put in the ceiling to run the wiring. Although Ashpaugh's estimate was a little higher than another estimate, they said it was unlikely additional holes would be needed in the ceiling. Other contractor was going to make 3-4 additional holes to run the wire. This on top of their excellent rating on Angie's List, was why I chose them. Pat, the electrician, spent an hour working around an air duct so that he wouldn't have to poke a hole in the ceiling. He completed the job in 5 hours and he left the room exactly as he found it.

Excellent. The work was done to order, all outlets and lines installed with extreme care, particularly with kitchen outlets installed in existing tile work. Installer was courteous and professional throughout, and performed work exactly to specifications.

They are very responsive, fairly priced, polite and are out right away. We use them all the time.

This is an excellent company who worked very hard and got the various tasks done in a very professional manner. Difficult work since we live in a multi unit condo and access was very tight in the attic space. Good response time to our call and for the amount of work done; we feel that the price was reasonable. We will use them again if we have other electrical needs.

The guys were on time. They listened to my concerns. They checked our entire electrical system tightening some loose connections. They said they could do an additional repair, but did not want to do it without first seeing if their original work fixed the issue. I appreciated their thorough work, and that they did not do more than was absolutely necessary.

Steve came out to look at what we wanted done, answering all our questions, and returned a detailed estimate the following day. When I called with further questions, he always returned my calls promptly. The installation was scheduled the day after the parts arrived. The installation was completed quicker than we expected. The work was very satisfactory, and we are quite pleased with the results.

At first they didn't show, but they made up for it when they came back the next week and were on time. They took care of their mistake by giving us a break in the price. They did a great job.

It was a difficult job and they worked until they could solve it. We have been happy with them.

They have always been really good. I think they are a little on the high side as far as their prices go, however you get what you pay for. I will continue to use them for future work and would recommend them to others.

I would recommend them for anything electric, they were very low pressure. They were professional and on time.

They are really nice folks. They show up on time and the guys are very friendly and work hard. They ran into problems with the bath fan but were not deterred. There was one outlet they installed that went bad and they returned and fixed it at no charge.

I asked his opinion if it was worth the money to fix a table lamp and floor lamp and he fixed both of them for free! I was very impressed by that.
