The work resolved the issue I was having with insufficient voltage for some appliances, so it was successful if not completely as I would have preferred it to be done.

I was given a time window of 8-12, which with most companies means that they will arrive on the later side. However, Jim and Wes were here right at 9am and done with all work by 9:45. They were so polite, cleaned up after themselves and moved my furniture back for me. It was a painless, pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again.

The heater of our hall bath overhead unit stopped working, they found this fixture had not been manufactured for many years. Through a great deal of effort, they were able to order a broken part and repair this unit. This saved me a great deal of money on replacing the whole unit. This is my electric company for life.

The electrician did an excellent job as he has the last two visits. We should make a list because each visit costs us for a trip. He is pleasant, punctual, and competent. He leaves the work area clean and neat.

They finally figured out what was having our dimmer switch go out occasionally. There was a wire that was nicked and it was causing the switch to short out. Once they figured out what the problem was, they replaced it. They made special arrangements to get to us because we were leaving town for Labor Day weekend. I really appreciated that they could get to us.

The lady I talked with on the phone to schedule the work was very nice and helpful. The electrician who came to my house was also very nice, prompt, and did a very good job. I would use this company again.

I had a home inspection prior to the sale of the home, and the inspector noted that the circuit box needed attention. Ashpaugh came and repaired it and provided a good report to go to the buyer of the home. They were very professional and good about arriving promptly.

The salesman, Steve, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered some basic wiring questions for me, and his easy-to-understand answers were one of the reasons we decided on Ashpaugh. He also e-mailed the estimate the next day, which another company did not do. Ashpaugh was certainly competitive and also gave a quote for installing all the wiring. The work was scheduled for July 11, 2008, less than 2 weeks from Steve's visit. The workmen, Gary and Andy, arrived early in the day. Andy dug the trench by hand and then filled it in and smoothed it over after the line was run. Gary was happy to answer all of my many questions and gave tips concerning things I could do to help the workshop pass inspection (which it did, the first time). Gary and Andy were great to work with and finished the job in half a day.

We were very pleased with Wesley Pettigrew who completed the electrical work for us. He was very knowledgeable and answered a lot of our questions and concerns we had with our new house. We would highly recommend Ashpaugh to anyone needing electrical work done.

The experience was great! Two men showed up and I explained the job to them and they realized they did not have the right ladder to install the ceiling fan in the living room. I thought I told them when I called them but I may have not. I explained that I took the Afternoon off work to meet them and if there was anyway that they could get it done, I would appreciate it very much. They made a phone call and one of them drove all the way back to there warehouse (18 miles away) to get the right ladder to install the ceiling fan in the living room. The other gentleman stayed and began working. The guy who left showed back up soon and they both completed the job quickly. The work was very good and more than what I expected. They then cleaned up and were on there way. I could not have been happier with the work, time, price, and extra effort that they made to accommodate me. They made me feel so comfortable that i left while they were working too pick up some lights for the fixtures.

They have been very good. The electricians were very professional and answered all of my questions. The owner contacted me a few times to reschedule an appointment, and when I had some additional questions he called me back personally.

The first time they didn't come out when they said that they would. The second time the work was done well, until afterwards I noticed that there was a can light that someone had stepped on. They try to come back out and fix it, but they never got it back to my satisfaction and I was disappointed because of the damage they caused.

The experience was fantastic. There was a little bit of a problem, but they immediately arranged to take care of it and made sure that we were compensated for our trouble.

Although they were about 30 minutes late they worked very fast and cleaned up all of their mess. The work was complete within an hour. I was very impressed.

They did a wonderful job. The workers were polite, quick, and cleaned up the mess before they left. I have already recommended them to a friend and have them on my "to call" list for future electrical work. The only reason I marked "B" on responsiveness was because it took me several tries to get someone. Although I found out later there was a legitimate reason for the delayed response, I just wish they had let me know earlier.

Called for an estimate. They came out within a few days and provided two estimates - one each for two switch options. The estimate seemed reasonable and they were very ready to do the work right away. We delayed them as we were going to be out of town for a while. When we did schedule the job, it took all day. The electrician was very helpful with not interfering with our home business, keeping power on as much as possible so calls would not be affected. I installed fans myself after they did the wiring. Overall, it all went smoothly and cost a bit less than I thought it would based on the estimate.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went pretty good. They showed up on time and did their job professionally. They have reasonable rates.
