They were really great. The job required that they make a hole in the ceiling and run the lighting through the walls of the house and hook it up to a light switch. I think they fixed some other switches that were not working. We were extremely happy with that. They were very professional. They did a nice job. They were very nice people to work with. I have never come across a rating of any company on Angie?s List that had so many glowing things to say.

They did a great job and are always very professional. We would highly recommend them.

Exceptionally well! They were on time, conscientious about tracking dust/dirt in the house, put down tarps, were friendly and informative, and completed the work quickly and to perfection. The office staff are wonderful women and have always been extremely friendly and professional each time I call.

Brad arrived promptly, introduced himself and put on footies. He checked on what the problem was and we went to the basement. We could not smell the burning odor so I put a load of laundry in the washer. In a short time, the smell was evident. He quickly identified the source and gave me a price for fixing it. I asked him what it would cost to replace old wiring since my home is 50+ yrs old. He then showed me their Maintenance Program which includes 2 visits/year with detailed inspection of all potential sources of electrical problems. He was patient, respectful, professional and quick. I asked him the price of installing an outdoor motion sensor light and he gave me a range of cost. I was very please by the service and have purchased the Maintenance Program. (He also deducted the coupon from Angie's List.)

The experience was fine with them. He was checking out the wiring in the crawlspace for me and found that there was not a problem with the wiring in the crawlspace but there was a reset button for our sump pump. Then he traced which line the crawlspace equipment seize into in the breaker box because that had not been marked the last time we had a breaker box work done. The electrician who came was a very nice, very polite and helpful young man. I would give him all A's.

They were great and very clean. They came out when they said they were going to and did the work that they said they were going to. They explained what they were doing and met their estimate.

Process of elimination quickly found the problem.

I had a very favorable experience with Ashpaugh. Because of the large and unique nature of my job, the owner called me to discuss the situation and provide recommendations. The estimator was very knowledgeable and discussed some installation options and considerations. They were very flexible and gracious when I had to delay the start of the project due to closing issues. Project was still completed on time and as quoted.

They came in and did the work. They did the work that they said they were going to do and did a very nice job of it. We were pleased with their work.

Faulty part was replaced and wiring was checked. Signed up for a whole house evaluation on a 6 months period.

The job was excellent. The electrician was completed the job to our specifications and within the quoted timeframe. Overall great job and we would definitely use Ashpaugh in the future.

I thought their price was a little high. They completed the work on the dimmer switch and that was satisfactory.

In the foyer, they had to bring in a very tall, heavy ladder. It took two men to handle that. That's why the cost was up there. They were very good guys. They were pleasant and polite, too.

The fluorescent light is in the main reception area of an office. When it began to smoke, we had to turn off the main bank of lights. Getting someone in to fix the problem immediately was essential to keeping the office functioning. Electrician showed up within an hour, got the problem fixed, and we were back in business. It was a little expensive ($80 for the service call, $60 for labor) for about 30 minutes work (and about a 15 minute drive from the Ashpaugh headquarters), but we didn't really have an alternative.

They were very good. They were punctual, friendly and competent. I will grade them high across all categories.

They weren?t the least expensive, but they were very responsive. They were on time and did what they said they would do. They did good quality work.

We had an outlet that had to be re-situated and so, they came out to do that. They were on time and the price charged by them was fantastic. The electrician was very personable and professional. Since I am not an electrician, it?s hard for me to determine the quality of their work. However, everything worked out well and they did whatever I asked them to do. We will use their services in the future as well. We have also signed up for a contractual service for them to come out to check the electrical outlets and other things.

This job was absolutely professional from start to finish. Steve came out to do the bid. He arrived on time and listened to what we were trying to accomplish with our lighting. He made suggestions and arranged for the work to be done. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the company, we did not seek other bids. Larry S. did most of the actual work. He did an excellent job and made suggestions which enhanced the kitchen lighting. We appreciated the fact that he cleaned up as he went along. Shane came on the last day when we had to reschedule a few items. He also did good work. We really appreciated how Ashpaugh worked with us when we had to reschedule work due to family illness.

They were very professional and they took the time to explain everything to me. They were very nice to work with. I will call them back out in the future.

They do quality work for a reasonable price. There was one follow up issue, however I told them that there was no real rush for the follow up work and they could come out whenever he had someone in my area. After about two weeks I called them and I was impressed that they had not forgotten about the follow up, but they had not had anyone out in the area. Just a little bit later they sent someone right out to do the follow up work. They did a good job with the work and I would use them again in the future.

They have been very available when I have needed them. They were fairly quick about coming out when I called them. They have been very efficient about ordering parts and coming back out to complete a project.

Great. They arrived late in the afternoon and had power back on by 8 pm. They had to have a store owner open in order to get the breakers needed. The emergency call and store trip added a bit to the bill. But it was worth the money to save a chest freezer full of food.
